Someone recently asked me what inspired me where my roots came from It is a long story how I arrived in the floral industry and it all started in a garden I had to think about it a minute but I was immediately brought back to my grandparents house I loved to play in their big back yard But I was always warned that if I wanted to go in the garden I had to be careful to not to step on the plants Together my grandparents would plan what would be planted the next year It was always a little different each year but flowers always surrounded the rows of vegetables I remember being intrigued by the varieties and their many colors and textures My favorite thing was to pick the flowers and vegetables with my grandma that was the very beginning of my floral passions Working at Sunshine Bouquet I still get to see some of the same varieties and colors of flowers I remember seeing in my grandparents garden in my childhood Now as an adult I love to go and visit botanical gardens anywhere I travel Flowers are my passion and I will never tire of working with beautiful blooms every day The following pages are some collections of bouquets I have designed that represent the important garden memories from my life
