Here, our boys and girls take the lessons out of the pewsand classrooms out onto the field of life, where perseverance, humility and effort are morethan ideas. THE FUTURE OF CY’S FIELD0 3Our vision is to build a more sustainable, long-lasting space for our students and families to enjoy year-round. Imagine animproved field with new backstops,playgrounds, & picnic areas wherechildren can run, play and feel safe astheir families relax and revel in thewarmth of our CMDS community.This project is just Phase 1 of a larger plan to enhance our campus in partnershipwith the church, which will include updated buildings, STEM labs, and performancespaces. But the beauty of Cy’s Field is that it’s a more immediate project — one wecan accomplish together as a community, right now!

THE ANNUAL FUND PLAYS A PART0 6$30KToday$1MFebruary ‘25$1.5MFall ‘25The total cost of Cy’s Field renovations is $1.5 million. Ourgoal is to break ground next summer and be ready for theFall ’25 sports season. We are going to raise $1 million byFebruary 1st in order to drop that shovel.To make this happen, we are committing a third of the Annual Fund—approximately$150,000 to $200,000 over the next three years — to help fund this project. Byleveraging the Annual Fund in this way, we are making a bold statement: this is a priorityfor our Mission, and we believe in it.We’ve already raised over $30,000 toward the goal without even soliciting any formalgifts. But we need the help of our entire community to meet this ambitious target.

Weare committed to growing Christ’s Kingdom bycreating spaces where children not only learn butare shaped in their faith.Every classroom, every field, every interaction is an opportunity for our studentsand their families to experience the love and presence of Christ.
