PROLOGUE Greetings, light leaders and healers. Traditionally, we speak of seven chakras. Other traditions use 13, some 22. The chakras are energetic centres in your body, complex vortexes, moving all the time. Take a look at the image on the previous page, and picture it not being static, but moving in 5D. Let’s feel one: Put both hands above your chest, with your dominant hand closest to your heart. Close your eyes, look towards a spot midways between your eyebrows, and place your tongue towards the roof of your mouths, gently touching your teeth. If you are sitting, let your feet rest on the floor. Feel the thread connecting your to the heart of mother Earth, our sacred Pacha Mama. Now, make a gentle sideways rocking motion, Let each of your shoulders create the infinity sign (∞). Listening to music helps to keep the rhythm. Notice how your head naturally follows. Let the infinity sign become smaller and smaller, while keeping the rhythm. Gather your hands in the prayer position, and give thanks. Then, rub them together vigorously, and when warm, put them back in the heart position, dominant hand on top. Feel that?

1. CHAKRA 0 AND VII-XII The Zero’th chakra is the Earth Star Chakra. It is our connection with the crystalline heart of Mother Earth. When we speak of “grounding”, we connect with our Earth House Mother. Exercise: Hold both arms out, sideways from your body, palms down. When you sense an energy emanating from the ground - to me it feels cool and white - I give thanks for the connection. Colour: Black with speckles of opals. TO OPEN THE CHAKRAS ABOVE THE CROWN, YOU MUST HAVE OPENED THE 7 BELOW The VIII is the Soul Star Chakra. From the crown chakra, go upwards six inches - 15 cm. There it floats. It’s ultraviolet - since it is a colour most humans can’t perceive, you can use the blue blinking colour of a police car to visualise. Alternatively, use a golden white with a tinge of royal blue and specks of signal red. Exercise: arms stretched out sideways like above. One palm - the dominant one - up, the other down. Stretch your arms wide, then relax and be still. I use my own perfume to help

with the connection. This creates a connection with the Akashic Records, so the downloads you get can be overwhelming.. The SSC contains your accumulated soul experiences through lifetimes - are you ready to face them all? Read chapter two for pointers on laying a solid foundation. Number IX is the Spirit Chakra. Within the SC lies the sum total of the energy and spirit you received in this lifetime, giving you a direct connection to The Source, and lets you flow with your Spirit, and all its abilities and gifts. Resides 22 cm - 8.66 inches - above the crown chakra. Colour: close your eyes, and gently massage your eyeballs. That colour. Exercise: Stretch arms straight out sideways, making a cross with your body. Both palms upwards. Make the infinity symbol - ∞. Start small, make it bigger, stretching backwards and forwards. Smell: fresh spring, flowers in first bloom. Chakra X is the Universal Chakra, two and a half feet (76.2 cm) above above your CC. It connects you with spirits everywhere - angels, archangels, guides and other star creatures. Colour: See IX, but in a totally dark room. Exercise: Arms stretched forward. Create a bowl with your hands, then turn them downwards, sowing the gifts you have received. Then, continue with IX. WHEN HEALING OURSELVES, WE HEAL OTHERS. AND VICE VERSA

Chakra XI is the Galactic Chakra. Activation of this chakra brings you fully into your gifts, advanced spiritual abilities. A warning is necessary here: once you reach this stage, don’t flaunt it. This has been the downfall of many spiritual leaders. It resides somewhere around four feet (121 cm) above the CC, and allows you to bring healing, growth and insights from direct communication with ascended masters and light beings of higher dimensions - to larger groups of people. Balance. Colour: You’ll know it when you see it. Exercise: Close your eyes. Bow your head. Make the infinity symbol - ∞ - with your crown chakra as the stylus. Segue into X. With it activated, you become the conduit between the Divine and the Earth Star Chakra. A vessel of peace and balance. Known as a Buddha, a Tulku, a Saint and so on. Colour: indescribable. Exercise: Make an X with your body. Look up towards the sky. In a smooth movement, bow your head, looking down at the ESC. Repeat three times.

2. 7 SECONDS EXERCISE Preparation: Do the exercises for the chakras, at the pace that fits you, making necessary allowances for your body. Visualisation: think of a baby. Watch it breathe. Effortlessly, air flows into its lungs, and with a motion as smooth as the sea, it exhales.

Exercise: Take one perfect breath. As perfect as the sky, the sun, the stars, mother Earth, the Divine. As flowing as water. As gracious as the wind caressing the grass. As warm as a fireplace crackling. As fragrant as fresh, moist earth under your bare feet. As loving as the energy of the Divine. As this sweet creature, my co-healer and friend. Trollheads Nessi.
