Higher mortgage rates stillsignificantly impact the market, but the Federal Reserve cut rates by half a percentage point inSeptember and another quarter point early in November. Through October 2024, we are flat in transactions versus the 2023 period.The median sales price is still firm, with a 3.6% increase over the same 2023 period.
