THE YEAR THAT WAS!As 2024 begins its transition into 2025 (wow), we take the time toreflect on the year that has been. Our team of CommunityManagers and administrators reached new heights of growth bothindividually and from a Company perspective. We welcomed manynew clients to our portfolios and along with our existing clients,we thank you for allowing us to guide and assist you, yourneighbouring members and your properties in 2024 and beyond.2024 saw Stratarama increase our relationship with the PuddleJumpers charity as we again headlined the volunteers night, attended the annual gala and a team of brave Stratarama peopleplunged off a building all in the name of charity. The second year of our partnership with the Glenelg Football Clubdelivered a back-to-back flag, whilst we again donated to theirannual fundraising auction we continued to build upon ourrelationship with local businesses and property owners. We simplylove our local Glenelg network. We thank GFC for again providingthe club as the venue for the First Home Buyers seminar where Idiscussed the things to consider before purchasing a Strata orCommunity titled property along with Conveyancers, Agents &House Inspectors.Stratarama continued to invest in transparency by becoming SA’sonly SCA Certified business and continued our managers ongoingaccreditation and learning programs both through the SCA andinhouse.
