This brochure contains homesite, address, flex options and design selections for each available home. How do I get an appointment for the newly released homes? What is the tax rate? $0.3481 per $100 of assessed value ($.9650 combined with Mecklenburg County)Will I go to the design studio? Due to the high demand for our homes at Central Living at Craig, our professional design consultants are individually styling each home. Can I make changes to the structural options or design selections? Your Personal Builder, Dave, orders materials and schedules trade partners well in advance to help avoid supply issues and delays so changes cannot be made to homes. What is the deposit required to purchase my new home? The builder deposit is 3% of the purchase price. It is submitted electronically through your Homebuyer Portal at the same time you electronically sign your Purchase and Sale Agreement.
