The goods and services shown on this general price list are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. 4 Direct Cremation Many direct cremation providers require families to make arrangements on-line without meeting a licensed funeral director unless you pay additional charges. At Cataudella Funeral Home you will never pay extra to meet with a funeral director. Therefore we offer two different cremation packages that both include meeting with a funeral director. Simple Cremation Package $2,700 In-person arrangement conference with a licensed funeral director, local transfer of deceased to this funeral home, cremation tray, and obituary on our Cataudella Funeral Home website. Platinum Cremation Package $3,950 In-person arrangement conference with a licensed funeral director, local transfer of deceased to this funeral home, cremation tray, transfer remains to crematory, and obituary on our Cataudella Funeral Home website. We also wash, disinfect, and dress deceased for an intimate private viewing for up to 15 family members for 15 minutes in one of our chapels prior to cremation. In addition to that, we will create up to 48 laminated prayer cards, a personalized memorial candle, and a memorial granite etching of your loved one. After cremation, we will provide you with a temporary urn. If you choose to arrange a direct cremation, you may use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard and composition materials (with or without outside coverage). The containers we provide are made of pinewood. Prices for alternative containers and caskets range from $225 to $7,000. 5 GENERAL PRICE LIST These prices are effective July 1, 2025, and are subject to change without notice. 50% compassionate discount for services/merchandise for children 14 or younger. Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff $2,700 Our basic service charge includes, but is not limited to: • Availability of funeral director and/or staff to respond to initial request for services 24 hours per day/365 days per year. • Conducting the arrangement conference with family or responsible party. • Arrangement of the service, tribute or memorialization. • Staff to advise, assist, and recommend personalization of the services to commemorate the unique life of your loved one. • Preparation and submission of the obituary notice. • Death certificate preparation, filing, and obtaining necessary permits, authorizations, consents, and assignments. • Filing all veteran’s paperwork when applicable. • Coordination with parties involved in services/disposition: hospital, doctors, veteran’s admin., cemetery, crematory, clergy, and others. • Shelter and care of the decedent. • Overhead expenses relating to our facility: professional licensing, admin. services, insurance, maintenance, building/utility expenses, taxes, legal and accounting fees, record keeping, equipment, and inventory expenses. Embalming $750 Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement, which does not require you to pay for it, such as visiting hours with a closed casket, direct cremation, or immediate burial. Other Preparation of the Deceased $400 Cosmetology, dressing and placement of decedent in casket or alternative container. Hairdresser for woman/hair coloring is included in this fee. Sanitary Care without Embalming $650 Specialized Care of Autopsied Remains or Organ Donation $275

Immediate Burial $4,900 Basic services of funeral director and staff (overhead), local transfer of deceased from place of death to funeral home, temporary shelter of deceased, preparation of deceased for identification, all necessary authorizations, and transportation of deceased to cemetery and graveside service. This charge does not include a casket, outer burial container, use of facilities and staff for visitation, viewing, or ceremony prior to burial, or any cash advances.
