Zoom Meetings


We conduct most of our team face to face meetings online via Zoom.  It's FREE and easy to use.


Your sponsor will be taking you through the induction process within the first 48 hrs from when you joined. (Or the next convenient time available) We recommend you download the zoom app now ready. You are then able to iron out any issues you may have before the induction takes place.


Go to www.Zoom.us You need to sign up for a FREE account. Then download zoom.


You can download zoom to a smartphone, pad, desktop and laptop.  You will find it much easier to watch screen shares with your sponsor on a larger screen a smartphone can sometimes be too small.  If this is all you have, do not worry but inform your sponsor.

Induction


Your Retail Induction is usually held within the first 48hr from registration

The induction process is to help you get off a great start and get your earning money straight away. It so important that you wait for this induction before attempting to catalogue door to door. This is because we have a very successful system that we teach all distributors and makes it easier when holding group training.

Your one to one induction will take no longer than 40 minutes and will give you the opportunity to ask questions,

Dream Stealers

What and who are the dream stealers? 

Dream stealers are those closest to you who say “no” to your hopes and dreams. They can be 

1. Your parents
2. Your partner
 3. Even your closest friends!

Why is this? 

Because these people will love you and want you to play things safe and never “have a go”, because they either want you to not fail (but success never comes to anyone who doesn’t even try!) or some may even be a little jealous of you succeeding, which would just show them up because they have not perhaps succeeded at what they wanted to do 

Dream stealers don’t want you to “try” 

They suggest things like: 

Get a safe job; marry the first nice person you meet; take a holiday in Great Yarmouth instead of the Caribbean,etc. 

Who do you know perhaps in your friends and family who are like this? Hopefully no-one...! 

They don’t actually mean to discourage you 

Most don’t, because they are just out to protect you. But by discouraging you, you will never take that chance to free your inner magic to really achieve what you really want. 

More often than not, dream stealers don’t consciously even know they are doing it. 

Watch out for their words though... 

They may say things like: 

“Why would you want to try that? You know it doesn’t work...” “You know that person is no good for you...”
 “Success only comes from playing safe...” etc.

Do they know what you really want in life? 

Dream stealers don’t really know what you want and what is best for you, only you truly know this. →

Ask are they an expert in what you are trying to do?

                   

If the person giving you advice ISN’T an authority in whatever you are trying to do or achieve can they really advise you correctly?

                   

After all most dream stealers are not even an expert in the “thing” you are trying to do. They only make out they are.

                   

Remember, if you have a pain somewhere in your body, you would go to the doctor as he would be qualified to tell you what is wrong, so why do so many of us get an opinion or advice from a close friend, partner or family member who isn’t qualified to give that advice? They can only give you an opinion and EVERYONE has an opinion on almost anything!

                   

Don’t be put off, just love them anyway

                   

So don’t be put off by family and friends who say “no” to ideas or opportunities you may wish to pursue, just love them anyway. What you should do is just “show” them that you “can” succeed in whatever it is you are trying.

                   

It just takes some guts, determination and persistence and you WILL succeed.

                   

Once these people closest to you see this persistence, they will be your biggest supporters but you have to stand up above the crowd and make this happen first.

Paying for your order


With VivaMk network you can earn a significant amount of money with the right work ethic, good retail plan and support from your sponsor. 

We will show you how to get orders straight away that will enable you to build a residual pot ready so you can easily place future orders.


Wholesale products

All wholesale products are paid for at the time of your order. For this reason, you will need to ensure you have the money to pay in advance to release your orders.


You can use a debit or credit card and pay online as you place your order. 


Catalogues to people you know

We recommend every distributor start by handing out the catalogues to friends, family and work colleagues. Ask these people you know, to pay when they place the order with you. This will enable you to have the funds necessary to place your first order(s) People do not mind this because they already know and trust you. 


Retail profit

You will receive 25% retail profit from these orders, we suggest you save this retail profit until you have a sizable amount  (£75 is a good guide). This is £300 of catalogue orders. This will become your money to place future orders.


Good account management

Avoid the temptation to spend this money in the first few weeks. If you started a taxi business,  you would use your profits to fill your car with petrol to keep it running and so you can find new customers. Your VivaMK business is going to be exactly the same. You will need to invest some profits back into your business accordingly.

Delivery Options 

You are able to drop ship a product to a customer. Simply take their payment [include P&P as appropriate] then when you are on the order website you are able to change the default delivery address to that of your customer.

This enables you to sell online and get the product delivered directly to the customer. Please remember to always take the payment first.

Alternatively, you can get items sent to yourself for your customers to collect or for you to personally deliver them to the householder.


Delivery charges apply as follows:


Delivery on orders of 3 items or less are £3.95

Deliveries on orders of 4 items or more are £5.95

Deliveries on orders over £150.00 (Wholesale price) which is £200 Catalogue price are Free. 

All personalised items have a delivery charge of £3.00 per item and will be sent directly from the supplier.

How to Stay an Active Distributor

An 'Active' distributor is a distributor who has placed a retail order for £45.00 or more within a 4 week sales period. 


To keep your account open you must be an Active distributor at least once every three consecutive sales periods. 


An account that has not been 'Active' for three consecutive sales periods will be closed.

We rarely have returns, mainly due to the free advertising we can use to our advantage. For example Facebook, shpock and eBay. Rather than return items, we sell them on one of these platforms.

Tracking Your Business

“Planning, Tracking & Activity – These Most Important Points of Focus When Building Any Business” 

Keeping track of your activity is essential when using your catalogues to find and service new customers using the Blanket Dropping method (Letterboxing). 

A Tracking Chart is downloadable below to help you on a day to day basis, here is a guide to completing it. 

To begin with, you may feel you are doing too much work for the money you will earn, however within a few months you will be earning the equivalent of £15 -£20 per hour and within a year it will be £25 - £30 per hour just on your catalogue retailing! 

What other ‘JOB’ can give you that sort of income for part-time work?

Share these Goals with your Sponsor so they can help you keep on track.

 

Tips for Catalogue Retailing 

Get as many catalogues out as possible. You can do 100 in an hour easily.Stay local when delivering & collecting your catalogues. Never prejudge a house, unless it’s obviously empty. Record in a Retailing Book where you have delivered catalogues. (follow the system)Leave the catalogues 1 - 2 days maximum. Use bright clear Dayslips with the collection date on.Collect your books on the day you said you would. Get guidance from the induction process and your sponsor on how to collect your books. Use all the retailing slips you will be given. Always go back for straggler books, 3 or 4 times if required. Record your activity and results daily using the attached Tracking Chart. Track your weekly results with your sponsor and adjust as necessary. At the end of the month, total your activity & results. Discuss with your sponsor on how to adjust for next month. Give it time, stick with it, follow a plan and never quit
