He completed his earthly journey when his spirit went to be with our Lord on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Carter attended Cross Brand Cowboy Church and Motion Church during his lifetime and devoted his life to our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, on February 19, 2018. Carter previously attended Gladewater ISD and was currently a student in the senior class at Hawkins ISD. He excelled in the classroom and many extracurricular activities being an honor student, FFA member, and multi-sport athlete. Carter was a member of football, basketball, baseball, and track teams. He had the dream of becoming a diesel mechanic, and he was planning to attend UTI in Houston, Texas to continue his academic career. Carter leaves to cherish his memory parents: Brandon Parks and Jennifer Snider Parks; brothers: Eli Snider and Anthony Howard; sister: Madison Parks; grandparents: Greg & Twila Snider, Jerry & Betty Hackett, Curtis & Peggy Mathis, Jeff & Ann Parks, and Bobby & Linda Johnson; aunts and uncles: Mike & Mary Meadows, Jeff & Danielle Snider, Summer Mathis, William & Brooke Steel, along with a host of other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
