Cameleon Group encompasses multiple disciplines ensuring functionality of the built environment by adjusting to different people, places, processes, and technology. Both Dimitri and Tommy are exceptionally versed within the market and have a proven track record of successful past completed developments and projects. In representing Cameleon Group as the two owners and operating Directors, both Dimitri and Tommy understand and have personally delivered the complete full sphere package of development, construction, and maintenance on a consistent basis. This has been across, design, planning permission, cost planning, contracts, construction management and operations, handover, completion, sales, and value maintenance on numerous occasions across their respected careers.
