CLEANING

We use 3 interior cleaning companies for our interiorcleaning services. They are fowarded our yacht calendareach month so that they are aware of the yacht charterschedule. You will be informed at the beginning of theseason which company has been assigned to your boat.You will still however need to coordinate with themdirectly on when you would like the cleaners to arrive onyour yacht when you are inbetween charter. CLEANING REGULATIONSEach yacht must be professionally cleaned before every charter. If you have a long period between charters you may only charge oneprofessional cleaning to DCB. It is your responsiblity to keep the yachtclean in the meantime. For Family & Friends weeks you must clean or pay for any cleaningyourselves.For yachts over 50ft the cleaning company will send 3 cleanersFor yachts under 50ft the cleaning company will send 2 cleanersHere is the interior cleaning checklist link. Make sure the yacht meetsthese standards after each cleaning.Following each interior cleaning please fill in this form to confirmthe yacht has been cleaned (this is required for the operations andfinance teams to monitor and control the operation).InteriorCleaning

We use Mingy for our exterior cleaning services. He isalso fowarded our yacht calendar each month so thathe is aware of the yacht charter schedule. LAUNDRY

SCRUB ISLANDWe utilize the laundry services on Scrub Island. They will also then deliver itback to your yacht once it is done. Please have yourlaundry in the laundry bags that have been providedand are labeled for your yacht to ensure that your itemsstay together and are returned together.Laundry

ISSUESSTAINSBleach is not used to remove stains as it had destroyedsome of our linen in the past. Please pre-treat your stains toincrease the chances of them being removed.QUICK TURNAROUNDEvery yacht is outfit with two sets of linens so when youhave a quick turnaround, pack up the laundry that hasbeen used, send it off, and then put out the second set forthe cleaners to make the beds with. For any laundry that still needs to be turned over in 24hours or less please make sure to send them in as early aspossible the day before. Laundry

ISSUESCOLD WATER WASH ITEMSScrub laundry only has one small residential gradewasher, where they can wash items in cold water. Wetherefore need to separate any sensitive items into theirown laundry bag. Each yacht has been given laundrybags with ‘COLD’ embroidered on them to be used forthis purpose. CREW PERSONAL LAUNDRYYou may send your personal laundry to be washed alongwith the yacht linen. Each yacht has also been given alaundry bag labeled ‘CREW GEAR’.Laundry

OIL DISPOSAL

OIL DISPOSALDo not place it in the shed.Take it to Trellis and leave it at the bin there and the garbage truck will pick it up.

SCRUB MARINADOCKING

SCRUB MARINA DOCKINGFor every charter, each yacht is automatically assigned four (4) days just prior to, and after any given charter.Those four (4) days are as follows:- Two (2) days/nights prior to guest check-in- Guest check-in day/ night- Guest check-out day/ nightFor any days you want to spend at Scrub OUTSIDE of those days you will be required to fill in the GoogleForm noted on the next slide as early as possible.We also understand boats will need to be on the dock for maintenance and repairs. To the extent Captainsplan maintenance, it should be noted in their request in the corresponding section. We recognize in theevent of repairs, we may need to adjust slip assignments to accommodate.

SCRUB MARINA DOCKINGA reservation is confirmed only once you have receiveda confirmation email from DCB. If your request is notapproved due to a lack of space, please utilize space ona mooring ball or plan to spend the longer time off inbetween charter tucked into one of the many beautifulbays in the BVI. Currently, we have one mooring ball atScrub (Marina Cay). If that is being used, the crew willneed to find a spot to be on the anchor.We are granting you access to the docking spaceschedule so you can see how busy the dock is whenyou are making your plans.FORM LINK SCHEDULE LINKPlease note that availability might change. The spaceson the dock are never 100% guaranteed so we ask forflexibility on your end and willingness to move ifrequested to by DCB and or the dockmaster.** If on any of the assigned days (automatic or followingapproval) you decide not to take a space in the marina,please let Viki know asap so that I can allow for otheryachts to replace you if needed (DCB or external).

CHASE BOATS

CHASE BOATSIf you need to secure a ride from Trellis, please use the DREAM CARIBBEAN BLUE Whatsapp group andmessage when you expect to need a ride. Anyone in this group who then is available at that time, pleaserespond as such so that we know the need has been taken care of.Some other reminders regarding the chase boats: • Maximum speed allowed through the mooring field is 10 knots. If you would like to go faster for any reasonyou must go around it• Scrub marina is a no wake zone so please slow down when approaching• When using the chase boat please be mindful of the VHF and the DCB WhatsApp group in case anyoneelse needs it.• If you aren't carrying provisions and there is a ferry scheduled within a reasonable time, please refrain fromoccupying the chase boats so that we are able to accommodate for staff drop offs and pickups at Trellis.Please leave the boats clean and tidy and let Kimron know if there are any issues Do not leave the chase boats without Fuel after using them.
