Final Step: ClosingYou will close at a title company. We will do a final walk-through of your property, then you will sign the finalclosing documents at the title company. You will receiveyour keys to your home at closing. Closing costsWhat are closing costs? Closing costs areexpenses, over and above the price of theproperty, that buyers and sellers normally incurto complete a real estate transaction. Closingcosts include title fees (attorney fees), propertytaxes, homeowner's insurance, mortgageinsurance, and lender fees. Often times closingcosts can be worked into your loan.
