We will work together tonegotiate the offers we receive to achieve your ultimate goalwhether that be a quick sale, maximizing profit, or perfecttiming.Once the purchase agreement is signed by all parties, theBuyers will deposit their earnest monies in escrow. Thesefunds will be held by a third-party account until closing. Ifthe Buyer backs out of the sale for a reason not specifiedin the contract, the Seller is typically entitled to keep theearnest monies.Once we're under contract, keep in mind thatwe still have to clear any contingencies on thecontract before we close.
