This individual is working together with theBible Study Leader to prepare for the taskof leading a group in a year or two. theywill be asked to lead a portion of the BibleStudies throughout the year.HOME GROUPS ARE ALSO A PLACEOF LEADERSHIP GROWTH. Some homes areuniquely suited with enough space to hosta Home Group with kids.SHEPHERDThe Shepherd has agreed to be the“behind-the-scenes” guide of the group.This person will make sure everyone in thegroup stays informed of dates and timesof the meetings and any other informationthat is pertinent to the group. Shepherdswill be active in communicating anyprayer needs to the members of the group.Sometimes the shepherd is one of thehosts.BIBLE STUDY LEADERThe Bible Study Leader prepares a BibleStudy for each week of the group’smeeting to keep the group’s attentionfocused on God and His Word.
