Nomination Tom exemplifies the value of innovate and improve through his diligent focus on solving for the challenges and pain points his teammates are experiencing When Tom hears his peers voicing any roadblocks he taps into his subject matter expertise to think of solutions A workflow that required his team to manually access prematurely closed tickets and identify further action needed was becoming overwhelming and inefficient for folks on Tom s team Tom stepped up and offered to build an automated tech solution that redirects these tickets directly into his peer s queues for easy access This solution is just one example of how Tom s thoughtful approach to business challenges is driven by his relentless support for his peers and his team

Nomination This was the customer s first purchase with Wayfair Chelsea acknowledged that and wanted to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible Chelsea was able to go above and beyond for the customer by simply sending her an email recapping their conversation from the phone call which Chelsea was able to draft and send while she still had the customer on the line Below is the customer s CSAT verbatim I was skeptical about getting answers but Chelsea actually went beyond just telling me over the phone She sent me an e mail that assured me I was getting what I was paying for and would be able to return IF needed within the 30 days I was very confused by your wording on the protection plan It actually looked like I would be getting a returned item and it wouldn t be returnable Thank you Chelsea for clarifying everything in writing
