RE: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 3636 Euclid Avenue Cleveland, OH 44115 Cleveland, OH Attn: Tyler Becker Project Manager BERKEL REFERENCE # 24-027 Gentlemen: Berkel and Company Contractors will be installing auger cast piles for the above referenced project and it is our intent to assign our work as follows: All groundwork, including the setting of prefabricated pile reinforcing cages (off site) and center bars, to Pile Driver Local 1090 Millwrights and Piledrivers. Operated Equipment: all auxiliary equipment (skid steer, grout pump, assist crane, forklift) to IUOE Local 18 District 1.
