The Kofisah assembly which was founded by a man by the name of Mr Aduro originally met under the orange trees called Ekutu ase and had initial members of 4 people who met and prayed regularly under the trees One of the sisters called Akosua prayed for her son who was sick and had been previously prayed for without success by a prophetess In one of the night prayers the Lord prophesied through one of them that all though a little flock He will cause nations to be blessed by them Elder Philip was transferred to Kofisah as the presiding elder and continued with them under the orange trees with their prayer sessions They saw miracles healings signs and wonders The barren bringing forth and people having their breakthroughs On one occasion when they went to the orange trees for prayers they realized the whole place had been cleared because the whole land had been sold This land belonged to my father but my uncle sold it without our notice so we had to look for another meeting place which by God s grace we got through the assistance of a member This place was also under orange trees and became known as Ekutu ase number 2 Through constant prayers miracles healings with even 4 dead people raised back to life at Ekutu ase number 2 19 people had the Holy Spirit baptism when pastor Boakye visited them during one of their prayer sessions Through prophesy 18 members were picked to form the core members of this prayer team News of the miracles signs and wonders reached the church leadership which led to various persecutions and trials The church leadership accused us of using false and occultic powers We were ridiculed looked down upon and abused The leadership of the church decided that the prayers at the Ekutu ase be moved to the church premises which we refused and resulted in elder Philip being transferred to the central church and replaced by a new presiding elder Elder Philip resigned from the church due to the transfer My sisters and I together with others followed suit and resigned from the church since we believed that the prayers did not need the supervision of the church leadership and was therefore more effective under the trees instead of being held in the church We therefore had to find another place of meeting which happened to be a bamboo grove where we prayed as well The Lord eventually gave us our own land which became the promised land where we currently meet We never gave up the prayers throughout the COVID 19 period and supported elder Philip in prayers as he led us faithfully through these trying times The promised land is located in new town in Dzatsui

As a peasant farmer together with my husband and our children I never thought the Lord will call me to be part of the prayer team Through prophecy at Ekutu ase number 2 I was called to be part of the core members of the prayer team All of us had to stop our work which was farming and this brought a lot of challenges to us Our tomato farm which I knew would bring us great income was met with a drought and gave me a clue that the lord was calling me to do his work Some of the challenges I faced were false accusations the death of my child who by God s grace was raised back to life I went through lack and had to walk to and from these meetings in hunger beaten by the rains insults and abuses At Ekutu ase number 2 my child was raised back to life after we prayed from 1pm to 8pm We were 4 women and 1 man Knowing who has called me as well as encouragement from elder Philip I never gave up on the Lord s call upon my life until he brought us to the promised land At the bamboo grove my youngest child was also brought back to life as a result of the prayers of the saints

Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him from them all and whatever our Lord Jesus went through we his followers must be prepared to go through the same God will see us through As I speak my 3 children and myself are living in a friend s kitchen amidst false accusations and lack of money since I am not working My calling to serve the Lord full time has caused me to be looked down upon and attacked by my husband Witnessing the lord raise the dead with 2 women and a man at Ekutu ase number 2 persuaded me to continue with this good work of the lord and I am very grateful to elder Philip for his support and generosity

The Lord through 3 unknown women told me to quit my trade and to work for Him or else my business will never prosper I took this lightly and continued with my selling of soap but never experienced success in the business My husband who is Catholic lost his job which resulted in more pressure on me I was not given house keeping allowance and I had to walk to and from the prayer meetings amidst abuses and false accusations I joined the Ekutu ase number 1 prayers from Hebron prayer camp After our relocation to Ekutu ase number 2 my persecution and trials increased but I never gave up The Lord confirmed my call to do his work at the Ekutu ase number 2 which led to a bitter marriage experience up till now I was conceived with a child and very sick and in hunger during my pregnancy because I was not given house keeping allowance At times I had to feed on the sand at the promised land which had become our new meeting place By the grace of God my eldest child is in the nursing training college and my son healed from epilepsy as a result of my constant prayers and the support of the saints The Lord has been gracious to me using me as a vessel of honor in his work

Born into the church I continued with my parent s legacy by being totally committed to the work of the Lord day in and day out carrying benches to and from the meeting place Through it all I faced insults abuses and ridicule At both Ekutu ase numbers 1 and 2 the Lord did miracles signs and wonders which strengthened my faith which made me never give up in the midst of all the attacks both from the church and outside the church My challenges became severe when I lost my 30 year old son and my daughter who nearly died but was healed through the prayers of the saints We had to leave to the bamboo grove as a result of the conflict we had with the church At the bamboo grove the Lord saved me from a very huge snake which was in the grove while I swept and cleaned the place for a prayer meeting without knowing God is faithful and with the support of elder Philip I have continued until now where we have our own meeting place called the promised land

Upon the counsel of elder Evans Oduro I permanently joined the prayer team which I used to fellowship with periodically when I visited from Tema The Lord has given me wonderful gifts since I totally committed to His work and I give thanks to him During the conflict between us and the church which resulted in accusations against my brother elder Philip Nyadedzor of using occult powers I decided to confront church leadership but I was advised not to by the prayer team and so I left everything into the Lord s hands To God be the glory he has given us our own meeting place which is the promised land in new town Dzatsui

The Lord made me to be committed to him and his work and I was totally involved in Ekutu ase numbers 1 and 2 Amidst the miracles and persecutions that we faced I went early to weed the place carried benches back and forth and I walked to and from this place We were given names and falsely accused We were also looked down upon In all this I never gave up but continued until now My family even persecuted me but I never gave up By God s grace my son who was unable to speak from birth has remarkably improved in his speech through the prayers of the saints In the midst of all the attacks from within and without the church I held unto my God throughout until now that he has brought us to the promised land I also helped with getting the bamboo grove prepared for our prayer meetings through the rain and through the sun helping set up the place for our prayer meetings

Starting from Ekutu ase number 1 through to number 2 and to the bamboo grove I dedicated my life to the Lord and helped carry benches setting up the place for our prayer meetings day and night beaten by the rain looked down upon and ridiculed My need for the fruit of the womb kept me believing and trusting God and in his own time when I was about giving up on asking the Lord the Lord visited me with the fruit of the womb By his grace through the prayers I have my own provision shop and I lock it up when I have to attend prayer meetings I encourage all who have their own businesses not to use it as an excuse for not attending prayer meetings The lord is faithful and we must hold unto him no matter what we go through

Come to me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest Various family challenges as well as being an orphan left to fend for myself led me to join the prayer meetings organized at Ekutu ase and now promised land A concerned sister invited me to these prayer sessions By the grace of God in one of these meetings the Spirit of the Lord touched me in a very special way and started using me although I felt shy in the early stages To God be the glory I am committed to being part of the core prayer team amidst all difficulties The Lord supernaturally provided free accommodation for me through 2 customers of mine who are siblings when I was left with a day to leave my previous accommodation and with no hope of a new accommodation To God be the glory the hand of God again caused a friend of mine who heard of my plight of being robbed in my store of phone credits over one thousand Gh Cedis worth the friend blessed me with two thousand Gh Cedis I can confirm that it was due to my obedience to the leading of the Spirit to give an offering of 20 Gh Cedis instead of 10 Gh Cedis The Lord through prayers and support of Elder Philip and wife as well as the saints has done so much for me and I know that he has hidden me and working on me for mightier things for the future The afflictions of the righteous are indeed many but the Lord delivers him from them all Amen

Born into the church of Pentecost myself and my brother Daniel fellowshipped at Adoagyiri church of Pentecost with the other siblings fellowshipping at Nsawam church of Pentecost One day I was given the opportunity to preach and by God s grace I impressed the church leadership and as a result was made to preside over the Kofisah assembly This was when the former presiding elder brother Daniel had traveled outside the country By the grace of God I presided over these assemblies over a period of 20 years The assemblies were Kofisah Calvary Ntoaso Anoff and Sakyikrom There was spiritual growth of members physical growth and social growth together with healings miracles and breakthroughs in the lives of many members I was brought back to Kofisah again where we continued with our prayers at both Ekutu ase numbers 1 and 2 and the bamboo grove The Lord raised the dead healed the sick the barren brought forth epilepsy was healed amongst many outstanding miracles There were challenges conflict confrontations false accusations joblessness lack abuses and insults but by the grace of God I withstood the test of time and God s name be glorified These challenges were both from within the church and from without The call of God to do His work on a full time basis led to the loss of 3 fish ponds which I constructed with a friend as a source of income Even though I had heard clearly from the Lord to concentrate full time on the work He had called me to do I decided to wait until I was done harvesting all my fish from the fish pond I had invested in To my dismay the river Densu flooded and broke into the ponds and swept away all the fishes This caused great agony and pain for myself and the family This gave me the clue that the Lord wanted me to concentrate solely on the work He had called me into and nothing else To the glory of God It took 14 years to have my first child In the midst of it all I kept worshiping the lord in truth and in spirit My counsel to my readers and listeners is that in spite of all challenges as a result of being called to do the work of the Lord no one should give up Faithful is He who has promised and faithful is He who has called and He will surely see you through
