Once upon a time a bunch of scurvypirates went on a voyage to SkeletonIsland to get their precious treasure.The magic crown! Now these pirateswere not like any other pirates... theywere kind and good hearted. “Arrrrr!Ye mateys I reckon we be gettin’ closeto me Skeleton island!” said CaptainFluffy Beard. As the boat drew closer,Cheery Ol’ Bob yelled “Land ho!” “Castthe anchor me crew.” In the distancesome greedy, mean, and cruel piratessaw the boat. “What are ye trespassersdoing on me island?” said Captain UglyBeard. “ you can’t come here! We gowhere we please” said1
Captain Fluffy Beard. One of Captain UglyBeard’s crewmates went into an old run-down building and got a cannon. “I guesswe have no choice but to... Fire!!!!” “Oh no,take cover me crew!” said Captain FluffyBeard. The cannon started firing a bunchof cannon balls towards them.Fortunately, nobody got hurt but therewas a bunch of holes in their ship. Theship began to sink. “Abandon me ship memateys!” Captain fluffy Beard’s crewrushed off the ship. “Har, har, har, look atye precious ship!” said Captain Ugly Beard.“Captain Fluffy Beard what are we going todo now?” said Lil’ Miss Susie. Suddenlythey heard a loud thump! thump! thump!“what is that sound?” said Captain UglyBeard.2
3Cruel Cody looked behind him. “D-d-d-d... dinosaur!!!” All of Ugly Beard’screw including himself startedrunning and screaming and actinglike complete cowards and ran far,far, away. “Well that solves that” saidCheery Ol’ Bob. “Now lets go throughthis forest” said Captain FluffyBeard. “I hope we can get out of thisforest okay” said Lil’ Miss Susie. Tomake a long story short, they did.“The sure was rough” said Cheery Ol’Bob. “sure was” said Captain. Nowthey were traveling on a nicepeaceful path or so they thought. Outof nowhere a leopard came out of thebushes. “ Name’s Makucha and whatare you doing in my territory. Youshould know better not to.”
4“We promise we won’t come back” saidCaptain. “Okay but you better go fast,or I might change my mind” saidMakucha. The pirates rushed to theend of the path. They started to getcloser to the volcano where thetreasure was. “Arrr! mateys I seewhere me treasure is. Everybody dig!”They dug and dug and dug. And theyfinally reached the magic crown. “It’sbeautiful” said Lil’ Miss Susie. “Time togo” said Captain Fluffy Beard. “Buthow are we going to get off thisisland? Our ship sank” said Cheery Ol’Bob. “Wait a second is that a hot airballoon? Yes, it is!” They got in the hotair balloon and got home and helpedpeople all over the world and livedhappily every after.
