  2. Vitamins: it may help protect from chronic diseases. essential for strong bones and teeth. Boost immune system 

  3. Minerals: whole grains are good in magnesium selenium chromium. Red meat is is good in iron zinc. Vegetables are rich in potassium.

  4. Water: when a person feels thirsty they have lost about 1 percent of total water amount

  5. Fat: helps reduce risk of heart disease by lowering bad cholesterol 

  6. Carbohydrates carbohydrates: are the energy providing nutrients

The average person should get 56 g of protein a day. too little could decrease muscular strength too much could gain you some weight but just the right amount will keep up with muscular strength and tone
