Product BriefDemand driven cleaning solutionTraditionally, integrated cleaning solutions have been designed and costed using fixed data such as:• building measurements• recommended cleaning specifications and best practice• historic volumetric data• existing providers’ employeehours (TUPE)The traditional method has ineciencies as many buildings are not fully utilised every day. More employees are now working flexibly from dierent locations. Visitor numbers and building occupancy may also vary over time. How it worksBidvest Noonan uses a wireless solution that requires no connection to the client LAN or WAN. The sensors detect motion, temperature, light and humidity levels within the detection area. The data collected is entirely anonymous, providing information only on a specific area and not the individuals in that space.Communication between the sensors and the gateway router is via LoRaWAN wireless technology which facilitates long range communication at a frequency of 868MHz.Sensors are battery powered with a battery life of 7-10 years thus requiring no hard wiring norregular battery replacements. Battery life is monitored remotely. Sensors are mounted to the building fabric using 5Kg rated adhesive strips. Data from the sensors is sent to a cloud portal where it can be accessed by the end user via a web dashboard interface.
