I am a 23 year old native to the capital city of Louisiana, Baton Rouge.I am a self-published author. I have crafted, “if i could say the same to myself,” an anthology of poemsand turned them into an interactive deck of cards, curated with self help tools. Utilizing shadow work;adult coloring cards and illustrations; mindfulness and more. In purpose of giving adults more than sexand drugs to decompress.I am a lifelong visual artist. I’ve drawn and painted portraits and bodies my entire life. I’ve taken a liking toabstract, pop art and cartoon styles as I've gotten older. Visual arts run in my paternal line. My sister, mybrother, my father, a line of uncles, cousins and myself have this talent. Most of which native to, and livingin Louisiana. Further deepening Cajun, Creole, Louisiana influence in our arts.I am a yoga teacher. In 2017, at 19 years old I broke my neck as a passenger in a car wreck. Since then,I’ve been medically released without any physical therapy. I’ve instead danced and stretched my bodyback to homeostasis, healing myself through foods and movement. To this day, I’ve done no physicaltherapy for my injury, still aiming to take accountability for my own health and wellness. I do inversions,handstands and more than before my injury. I am constantly rebuilding my relationship with my bodythrough yoga and spirituality. Which is what called me to complete 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training.I am a reiki practitioner. Solely a conduit/channel/vessel for chi/energy to move through and intowhomever and whatever I’ve been attuned, called and have permission to heal.I tailor and refine recycled, repurposed and reused clothing, shoes and accessories.
