Cynthiahas consistently spread positivity in our chatand in our team meetings, responding toquestions when necessary and acting as amentor/providing guidance to vulnerable newhires who are feeling nervous about hittingproduction. Cynthia's always the first one togreet new hires in our meetings and it's trulyan incredible testament to Cynthia's truemotivation - providing an incredible customerservice experience while also providing a safeenvironment for her peers. Nomination:I would like to nominate Asia for Manager of Month . She has worked extremelyhard to build her team to what they have become by being consistent and investingin each member on her team. Her team appreciates all her efforts as the followingare just a few statements that were shared about Asia directly from Team Ace!" Iwould like to say that Asia is one of the most driven and success oriented people Ihave met. She truly cares about us as a team and it shows in everything she does."-"Asia is one of the best managers I have had. She is down to earth and veryrelatable and approachable even though she drinks way too many Bangs for herown good! She makes coming to work everyday a pleasure and is constantlymotivating me to be my best." ---Asia has been really helpful to me as a manager, itwas definitely a new experience moving to her team where before I was on a "local"Bangor team who I knew from working in the office before COVID. She has definitely pushed me hard to get the best out of me for performance. Sheacknowledges my accomplishments and tells me about being proud of mycontinued progress which feels really rewarding. She checks in with me personally too, asking how my day is going and how work isgoing. I've really appreciated that from a manager" -- Having Asia as a managerhas been nothing but a pleasure for me. She has been a role model and aninspiration because even though we work remote life tends to kick us in the buttand life becomes draining at times but, logging into work and seeing you motivateeveryone and mainly how you have handled me and have been so patient has keptme going. I must she has been the only one who has taken the time out andunderstand me and continuously show me the support that I need and get me topush through everything. I am blessed to have her as a manager because hertransparency has been NEEDED IN MY LIFE.--- She is like family the familymember that's gonna always keep it real however and that's what I absolutely loveabout her! Her energy is so great and even when it's not you most definitely don't letit show! Giving up is not an option for you and you make sure it's not an option forus! --- I appreciate her transparency and her approach to work ethic andchallenging the team to best the best on a daily basis. --- Again this is just a few butI think we all can see why I am nominating Asia ! She is an amazing manager andjust as an amazing peer. Her team and I feel its time she know how much she isappreciated!

Nomination:Karen is pretty amazing! Well, don't take my word for it so here aresome words from one her collaborators; "Your direct report Karen worked with me as a PDC with theassignment ending last Friday. I'm sorry this email has taken so long toget out in regards to her performance. However, I did feel that you should know she did an outstanding job.She was the only tenured PDC on this assignment and was a greatasset in assisting the other PDCs and answering their questions while Iwas doing coachings. Her positivity was astounding, and she alwaysmanaged to keep the group laughing even when things got busy. Herpresentations were great as she used many of the teaching tools ourmanagers encourage us to use in training". ..and here is a customer compliment; Customer Theodora Dinardo- wanted to speak with me to recognizeKaren Booth for an amazing job! She said she felt it was important togive great feedback when someone does a great job! She said she hadan issue on her order and Karen took care it like 1, 2, 3. She had a greatpersonality and was extremely knowledgeable. It was a call shethought she would dread on a Friday but it ended up being a reallypleasant conversation and she was so happy to get Karen on thephone. She said Karen had a way about her that set her mind at easeand made her feel calm. She said she has no doubt Karen will skyrocket here at Wayfair! She said I score Karen a 10 all the way around-She's a great employee!! Awesome job Karen! I can't mention how excited I am for her future with Wayfair, as sherecently ended her lauded tenure as a PDC and is currently Bangor'sselection for this cycle of LEP. Need I say more...well, I could alsomention that she is the Team's TOP performer each quarter, but wouldthat be too much?
