COVID 19 Protocols Statement Based on research survey results and B1C s spirit of service to all we have decided to discontinue the vaccine mandate for participants as of August 1st 2022 Our decision is based on the following Research A trusted partner Stamford Health no longer requires vaccine mandates for visitors to the hospital Per Asha Shah Director of Infectious Diseases Stamford Hospital COVID 19 can be spread by both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals That being said vaccines protect individuals from developing severe disease and death from COVID 19 which is of utmost importance Also other organizations who do work comparable to ours never had a vaccine mandate for their participants Survey Results The majority of the individuals who answered our survey expressed that lifting the vaccine mandate and asking unvaccinated individuals to wear a mask on our premises was the right choice for B1C B1C Equity Stance B1C always strives to provide equitable services to all individuals Lifting the mandate will allow us to continue serving all those who need it in a more expedited manner Thank you for your cooperation
