ANDREWGrowing up in Northwestern Minnesota on a rural family farm, I had no idea that I would ever have any interest in real estate, let alone leave a careerof 15 years working with families at one of the most difficult times in their lives as a funeral director to begin building a real estate team.My father grew up in the Breckenridge area on a family farm and many of our summer weekends were spent at my grandparents on Ottertail Lake,which to this day is where some of our best family memories were made. Incidentally, my grandma lived next door to the Boll Realty office on thelake, and we spent a lot of time there as kids, which is perhaps where I developed my first curiosity related to real estate and a love for the Otter TailCounty lakes area.After time spent at North Dakota State University in Fargo and the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities, I settled in Fergus Falls, eventuallymarrying my wife, Katie, and in 2017 began to dabble in the investment side of real estate. I continued growing my portfolio of investments, earnedmy real estate license for this very purpose, and in the fall of 2020, decided to transition to a full-time career in real estate, first with RE/MAX, and ashort time later, eXp Realty, one of the fastest growing cloud-based brokerages in the world.With a strong desire to help people realize their real estate goals while also creating a better lifestyle for my family, I managed to sell 67 homes myfirst full year, at which point I also learned that consumers were hungry for greater knowledge, guidance, and in many cases, looking for a higherlevel of service than the status quo. This led to the birth of the Andrew Yaggie Real Estate Team of eXp Realty.Our focus is simple: It’s all about the people! We spend time visiting with you to establish what is most important as it relates to your goals, desires,and preferences. With a passion formarketing and helping individuals reach theirreal estate goals, he pursued real estate full-time in 2020 and a short time later beganbuilding a team. He is married to Katie, andthey have three daughters, Ella, Violet and Ivy. With years of experience in socialmedia and video editing, Jeremiah worksbehind the scenes to help promote clientproperties and is an expert in creating stunning,engaging video content. Video Editor and MarketingKatie YaggieReal Estate AgentWith a background in industrial plant andconstruction management, Matt joined ourteam in 2022. As a licensed contractor, Mattbrings an additional level of knowledge to thehome buying process in helping provideguidance to our buyer clients. Lynette joined our team in 2023 as anexecutive assistant and real estate agent.Her experience in real estate dates backto 2013 and also includes a backgroundin real estate paralegal work, appraisals,and accounting. Keep your sidewalks, patios, house siding,garage, and driveway clean. Hose downthese areas to remove cob webs, greasestains, and dirt. Mow, trim, weed, and keep lawn andgardens watered. Neatly hang clothing and arrange shoes. If you have items stored you haven'tworn or used in over a year, give it away, sell it, recycle it, or neatly store items in abox and put it in storage or the garage. Straighten bookshelves, wall decor, and remove any unnecessary items or papersfrom common areas. If you have an empty room turn it into a room with purpose.
