On June 18, 2024, President Biden announced a new policy that could help certain undocumented spouses andstepchildren of U.S. citizens by granting them Parole in Place.Starting August 19, 2024, they will start accepting applications for PIP for spouses and children of U.S.citizens. However, there is no information yet regarding forms or fees.
