Private Property Towing: Our expertise covers towingservices for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. Whatsets us apart is our in-house heavy-duty fleet, ensuringreliability and consistency.On-Site Concierge Support: Our uniformed and trainedstaff will be equipped with a company golf cart, completewith essential tools like a compressor, jump box, andlockout kit. WHAT YOUGETPRICING STRUCTURENEW ERA TOWING | PAGE 04Base Rate: $198.70 per hourService Requests: Any soft service requests can be made by securitythrough the service radio issued to our on-site employee at the time oftheir arrival at the AT&T Center.Ticket Creation: Upon receiving a service request, we will promptly createa digital ticket for the requested service using our advanced towingsoftware.Access to Ticketing System: A designated member of your team will haveaccess to view and monitor the status of these tickets in our towingsoftware. This ensures real-time visibility into the services being provided.Towing Authorization: In the event that a vehicle needs to be towed dueto incorrect parking, the towing authorization ticket will be created in oursystem. Before any towing action is taken, a member of your security teamwill be required to sign our authorization ticket, granting explicitpermission for the removal of the vehicle.Photo Documentation: Our towing software allows for comprehensivephoto documentation of the vehicle in question, including its conditionand location. These photos will be accessible to both your team and ours,ensuring complete transparency in the towing process.On-Standby Personnel: We provide a dedicated individual on standby,ready to offer soft services and water to event attendees.Bottled Water: Our service includes chilled bottled water to keep guestscomfortable while waiting for assistance.Vehicle Towing for Incorrect Parking: Costs related to towing vehiclesparked incorrectly will be the responsibility of the respective vehicleowners and are not included in our pricing. We will have a dedicated towtruck on property during the event. 1.5 Hours Before and After the Game: This time is allocated for thedelivery and pickup of our equipment, ensuring that we are fully preparedto assist your guests.Our pricing structure for providing on-site concierge services at the AT&T Centeris designed to be transparent and accommodating to your specific needs.
