OliviaWheeler Olivia has displayed a willingness to collaborate with her teammates byanswering their questions effectively and cheerfully. She is amicable andthoughtful in her answers and her questions, and she will surely continue togrow into her role through asking and answering good questions. Olivia has not only displayed great behaviors and performance right out ofnesting, but she has been sharing her knowledge and assisting her peers withquestions/problems through out the day. Olivia has also been very receptive toperformance feedback and has the will to succeed and improve!

JeannaMarieGrundy Every office has that one person that is the 'Glue' thatkeeps it all together. We, in Athens are extremly lucky tohave Jeanna. She is a cheerleader, organizer and positiveforce in the office. She is in the know on office processesand ins and outs of the premise. She is also a delight towork with each day. We are fortunate to have our 'Glue',Mrs. Jeanna Marie Grundy!

TinaCaviness Tina has embodied all 3 of the pillars at the highest possible level this month,and it is very hard to pick just one to recognize her under. Individually she has ledby example in demonstrating the best practices and focus areas that we havehad as a team around CSAT and LCR this month. She is currently 103% to goalfor CSAT and at 40% LCR (tied for the highest on the team) This is alsobalanced against her total performance finishing in the top 4.23% top x MTD!Going beyond her individual success Tina has taken significant time and effort tosupport her peers by designing, implementing, and following up on a team LCRincentive contest. As a result of this contest the team's frequency of LCR wins andoverall conversation and visibility around those wins has increased many timesover! Thank you for all you do Tina, but especially for you constant positiveattitude and effort to help everyone around you to be better! You demonstrateevery day what "We Win Together" truly means!

How do I start this? I guess it's kinda where you recognize someone that isn't out there to lead for the golry,but recognizes the good and eventual greatness that leadership can inspire in others. Never one to say toomuch, but often just enough to land the point with candor and humility, Mike Afterkirk is my nominee forManager of he Month for June 2022. After joining his org I was cautiously comfortable and felt that based onthe dynamic of the team I would excel. This was evident as my team gained an improvement of more than 20%in stack ranking form the previous month. With his support a successfully actioned strategy for performancemanagement of our outliers towards improvement was set in place. Through his ability to convey our PeoplePrinciples into tangible and workable concepts, his leadership has left an impression both on myself and myteam. I want to add that "We Are Owners" at Wayfair, and this applies also to how we respect others...heknows a lil bit more about my team with each meeting and observation. Mike also quite honestly "makes it lookeasy"...and on occasion I've even entertained the notion of becomming an L3 myself...only for a minute! I guessthat would be the point, as I circle back to the beginning of this nomination that he does this without any selfmotivated intention and it resonates as genuine...and for that he desreves this nomination! ...and yeah, he's anawesome leader!Michael AfterkirkMichael AfterkirkMANAGER OF THE MONTH
