Park Rules Park Rules cont d RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED Quiet Hours are from 10 00 PM to 8 00 AM Checkout is 12 00 noon departing later will result in an additional day s charge Obey all posted park signs Supervise Children all children 14 years or younger must be supervised at all times everywhere in the park Laundry Bath House Open 24 hours code required Campfires open campfires and open fire rings are prohibited Only contained fire grills and pits are allowed Use lids Put out fires before retiring for the night or leaving the site Waste Sites must be maintained All garbage paper or other waste must be disposed of in the designated areas All boxes must be broken down before putting into the dumpster The dumpster sewage dump is located next to the office There is no charge for this service Visitors Monthly guests must report to the office anyone who is staying on your site and is not registered NO EXCEPTIONS Alcoholic Beverages prohibited off your site Vehicle Rules Speed Limit 5 MPH throughout the park 1 way follow all one way signs Parking do not park on the grass Do no park on any site other than your own Most sites accommodate one vehicle if your vehicle does not fit please park in the overflow spots available at front and rear of the park Washing do not wash your RV or vehicle without prior notice to the office Motorcycles LOUD motorcycles are prohibited Bicycles Golf Carts are permitted Pool Rules Pool Hours are 10 00 AM 10 00 PM Adult Hours for pool are 8 00 PM 10 00 PM Open Season pool opens around Memorial Day and closes around Labor Day depending on the weather temperatures No lifeguard on duty Registered guests only No glass or alcoholic beverages at the pool No pets in pool area No food drinks around the pool Supervision Requirements 17 years old or Policies MAP younger must be attended by an adult at all times Alcoholic beverages permitted only on your site Illegal Drugs strictly prohibited Guns strictly prohibited on your person Guns must be safely stored in your RV vehicle or Mobile Home For everyone s safety anyone found with a gun on their person will be asked to leave the park immediately Concealed Carry Permits do not override this rule The rule will be strictly enforced and the police will be called We appreciate your cooperation in this matter The campground is not responsible for acts of God damages due to normal maintenance vandalism or theft of your property Management has the right to ask anyone to leave at any time for any reason and whenever management feels it is in the best interest of the Park and our guests We will make decisions based on all situations that might arise We have the right to refuse service and ask anyone to leave immediately 2509 Decatur Pike Athens TN 37303 423 745 9199 office 423 920 1991 emergency cell AthensI75Campgroundexit49 gmail com
