His mom shared that ASK was their family’s biggest emotional support as he braved surgery and chemotherapy for his brain tumor.DEAR FRIENDS & SUPPORTERS,Whether you made your first gift or you’ve been part of our ASK family since the beginning, your support this year meant the world to us. It has allowed us to level up our game and help more children and families than ever before. This year, we took the first step toward our North Star goal of helping children with cancer across Virginia through our new education support navigator program. In its first six months, our navigators have helped 352 young patients and survivors return to school – and that’s just the beginning! Soon, we will also expand our statewide support to provide financial assistance to families across the state. Giving parents the gift of financial relief is priceless and only possible because of your generosity. We can be there on the frontline with our kids and families during their darkest days because of your support. Thank you for being part of our ASK community!Gratefully yours,Amy GodkinExecutive Director
