Each week this month, Cristina has improved her top x % (33.12% -> 16.23% -> 3.36%). She has contributed to all of our team's verbiage and updates many times this month!! Thank you Rose Hi Team, Being a new manager Rose has really made an effort to reach out to me and assist me in this new role. She is always sharing best practices, forms, and docs she has created to help any of her peers' workflow be easier or effortless. She is always jumping in to help fellow managers cover their shifts due to vacation or illnesses. She is also huge support in the network's slack chat on educating and helping our SSCs. Being a new manager herself she has demonstrated what a true leader should look like. Thank You
