In line with this commitment, we made a historic investment to enhance and expand our Paper Machine #3. This upgrade will boost our production capacity by 25%, improve the quality of our coated cardboard products, and expand our product range. In our Corrugated division, we are modernizing our infrastructure and production processes, aiming to double our capacity and diversify our corrugated  and dedication of our shareholders, customers, and team in integrating sustainability into packaging and product protection.Despite adverse market conditions in 2023 affecting the global packaging paper industry, our agile response and customer loyalty ensured a continuous supply of high-quality products as we progressed towards our Vision 2025.Internally, we prioritized the well-being of our employees through our Xtí model, focusing on enhancing our facilities and creating new spaces like the Greenpaper Recreation Center. Our efforts have been recognized with the Great Place to Work      distinction from the Government of Nuevo León.Environmental challenges, particularly water scarcity, pushed us to innovate. Partnering with Heineken Mexico, we repurposed wastewater from their treatment plants for our processes, reducing our well water usage by 19%. In addition to these, we increased our reliance on clean energy. These initiatives emphasize our commitment to minimizing our environmental footprint on critical issues such as water, climate change, and waste management. This report provides detailed insights into our performance and future commitments. I extend my gratitude to our employees, partners, shareholders, and allies for contributing to Greenpaper’s legacy and our journey towards prosperity and sustainability.Bernardo ZambranoCEODear friends:GRI 2-2202Sustainability Report 2023
