A Life Transformed Michelle Alpi Emotional Upon my arrival at the Harvest Center I began therapy to work on past trauma and build emotional stability I have committed to healing and growing as an individual I am determined to break generational cycles for my son and for anyone else who may come after I have learned that it is ok to trust others with my feelings and that it is ok to ask for help knowing someone will be there to support me along the way Physical I have learned that emotional health contributes to physical health I go to the gym three times a week I am getting back to feeling confident in my appearance Environmental I prayed for my son to have a safe and clean place to learn how to crawl and walk The Harvest Center gave us those things This is a safe haven for my family Financial Over the last year my credit score has increased over 100 points I have paid off all debt and was able to enter the Habitat for Humanity Home Ownership Program
