22 CONTEXT CONCEPT Israeli Emergency Management office space is designed to be diverse and flexible but yet stable innovative accessible and cooperative The space will represent the ongoing conflict over the land that the people who live in Israel experience on a daily basis The ongoing war on the land will be presented in the space throughout the applied materials on the floors and walls The sharp unclean architectural lines will represent the chaos Who is Israel Jewish and Democratic State For a young nation Israel has faced more than its share of emergency management challenges primarily originating from warfare and terrorist attacks For the past 60 years emergency management in Israel has transitioned from small rudimentary units of dedicated responders to large governmentally coordinated systems Israel being a self defined Jewish and Demaocratic state and the only predominantly Jewish nation around the globe about 75 of all residents living in Israel are Jewish The spectrum of religious beliefs among Israeli Jews encompasses a wide range from secular atheists to the ultraorthodox Haredim The remaining 25 of the population are mainly Arabs both Christians and Muslims as well as several minorities such as Druze Circassians and Samaritans The official language is Hebrew Emergency Management Office in Jerusalem Israel Peace security life nature hope religion land sun technology sea culinary history STONE

52 Peretz Residence Mrs And Mr Peretz are a young couple with 2 children one boy and one girl Anna Peretz Is a professional licensed interior designer works at her own company Anna spends large amount of time working from home as her youngest child is 1 5 years old Anna needs an office which she can enter and disappear for few hours each day She needs a space which inspire her and comfortable for her daily tasks Sound proofing important as she gets distracted very fast Especially if her baby is loud Maor Peretz is a business man who run several companies Maor spend 50 of his time on business trips and when he at home he works from home A large office with storage and computers are priority for him Like Anna he needs a quiet space to work at as he makes lots of business calls from his office He gets in and out of the house few times a day so direct exit from the office to his car will be one of his needs Maor meets his work partners at his home office and will need a men lounge area for them with some refreshments and bar One of the main needs for the couple as they work from home is to separate their work time with their family time Offices should be in a distance from the family room and other parts of the house as they want to feel home when home and at work when at work While Anna is a carrier woman she also a mother and therefore she wants to spend as much as she can with her kids this is why she chose to work from home However working from home is difficult as she gets distracted with the kids very fast The solution will be to hire a live in nanny who will fully take care of the children s needs while Anna dedicates time for work Anna and Maor likes to entertain especially every Friday and holidays Both Anna and Maor are Jewish and celebrate the main holidays which includes large dinners with many people and weekly shabhat dinners Large dining area is necessary as well as formal living room The couples friend and family also have small children so a play area will be needed while the parents enjoy the night away from the screaming children s noise The couple s culture also includes many evenings of BBQ therefore an outdoor space is important as well Anna needs a large closet for her clothes shoes and bags Anna is a shoe collector and needs a special closet for the shoes Maor is a car collector and needs a secured large garage to keep his cars safe The couple also collect wines from around the world and needs a wine room to storage the wine Anna is also a Zumba instructor and likes to dance as much as she can She likes to take pilates reformer classes from home as she owns the machine She has her trainer coming 3 times a week and needs an appropriate area to train PERETZ RESIDENCE

60 CONTEXT This Modern kitchen in Haifa Israel was designed just in few hours and the results are incredible The client contacted Anna and asked her to draft him a modern kitchen with minimal elements and colors they asked for monochromatic but interesting design Anna was able to create in on 2020 Design software and send the drawings to Israel for production A use of Grey Calacata from Italy and Porcelanosa Gris floor tile from Spain and local white painted slab kitchen doors created an international results in th heart of Haifa Israel KITCHEN PROJECT IN H A I FA I S R A E L

68 Sutton Place Kitchen Renovation and Design Renovation Details An open floor plan can make all the difference in the space of a home We created a showpiece of a kitchen with a clean and modern design To give an open and cohesive feeling throughout the apartment our home contractors opened the walls that once separated the living room and kitchen To allow for an even more continuous feel new white oak wood flooring was added in both the living room and kitchen which further connects the spaces The entire kitchen was renovated with custom finishes from top to bottom The bright white kitchen color adds to the open feeling with clean polished lines From the custom stainless steel shelving over the sink to the custom glass tiles that make up the backsplash
