2021 2022 ANA Team Captains Sabrina He Anna Flournoy Rachel Cordio Hi my name is Sabrina and being a captain has taught me a lot about what goes into managing our team I love that as a captain I am able to organize team events and choreograph for the show I am incredibly grateful to be able to be a leader for so many amazing athletes Hi My name is Anna Flournoy and part of what I love about being a captain on ANA is working with younger swimmers Being able to pass down what I have learned and to encourage someone else s passion in synchro is an amazing opportunity Being a captain has taught me so much on how to be a leader and to support others and I am incredibly thankful for the experience Hi My name is Rachel and something I love about being a captain on ANA is choreographing the show and being a role model for younger swimmers As a captain I have learned how to be a great leader and I am so fortunate to have this experience in my life

2021 2022 SENIORS Anna Flournoy My years in synchro have taught me more than I can explain Being a part of this team has taught me how to be a leader a teammate and a friend It has taught me how to manage my time effectively and how to fully commit myself to a team goal Some of my closest friends have come from this team and they each have pushed me every day to become a better athlete teammate and person Thank you to everyone who supported and helped me grow

2021 2022 SENIORS Sofia Sampedro Throughout my 8 years with ANA I ve made so many lasting memories both in the pool and at team events I loved the Pasta Party before the first Figures meet at Wheaton the Snowflake party and the Team Banquet at year end I loved bonding with my team at unofficial ANA gatherings such as getting yogurt after Wheaton meets and teammate sleepovers Through all the tough practices and hectic meets my teammates supported and cheered me on Thank you to Coach Leah and all the ANA coaches You ve inspired and pushed me to work hard I will take everything that ANA has taught me to college and beyond
