Nachos San Fernando


  • Nachos.
  • Chili sauce with meat.
  • Grated cheese.
  • Pieces of tomato, onion and pepper.
  • Guacamole.


  1. Put the nachos in a plane plate except of the center.
  2. Put the chili sauce around the center forming a circle.
  3. Cover the chili sauce with the grated cheese.
  4. Heat it until the cheese has melted.
  5. Spread the tomato, onion and pepper pieces over the chili sauce and the cheese.
  6. Put guacamole in the center.

Mexican Burrito


  • Flour crepe.
  • Grated cheese.
  • Meat.
  • Onion, tomato and lettuce 
  • Sauce.


  1. Put a little moment the crepe over the frying pan.
  2. Put first the meat in the center of the crepe.
  3. Then put over the meat the mix of onion, tomato, lettuce and salt.
  4. After that put the grated cheese.
  5. Fold the crepe until the center, then the right and left sides of the fold too and continue folding until the other side.
  6. Cut the burrito in the middle.
Patacón recipe


·Green bananas.
·White Cheese (optional).

  1. Slice the bananas.
  2. Then put them in hot oil
  3. Remove them to add salt
  4. Smash the bananas with a stone.
  5. Again put them in the oil.
  6. Keep ready the carrots and cabbage previously granted.
  7. Take the bananas and add on their top the cabbage and carrots.
  8. Finally drizzle with mayonnaise and ketchup.

Venzuelan Arepa


  • Water
  • Flour Harina Pan(pre-cooked flour)


  1. Pour the water in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and mix with your hands until It´s well incorporated around 5 minutes. It must be soft.
  3. Form dough balls as a circular and flattened shape.
  4. Use a saucepan to cook them. They can be fried or roasted.
  5. Stuff It with cheese, meat or ham.
Bizcochada Manchega


  • “Tortas de Alcazar” (we recomend the canteras ones).
  • Milk.
  • Sugar.
  • Lemon skin.
  • Stick cinnamon.
  • Ground cinnamon.
  1. Boil the milk with sugar, the lemon skin and the stick cinnamon.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. Put it in a plate.
  4. Put the “torta” in the milk.
  5. Add a mix of sugar and ground cinnamon
  6. Enjoy it.

Rice with Milk


  • Milk (l).
  • Cinnamon. 
  • Sugar.
  • Rice (500g).
  • Lemon skin.


  1. You boil the milk with sugar cinnamon and lemon skin.
  2. When it boils add the rice and move for avoiding that it stucks until it   is soft.
  3. Let it cool.
  4. Put it in a plate and spread cinnamon over it.
