Prior to the takeoff of his real estate career, Noel worked as a scientistfor GlaxoSmithKline as well as in program management for severalprominent pharmaceutical companies. He was a member of the 2008Olympic team for the US Paralympic Team. He is an avid runner,swimmer, crossfitter, jiu jitsu and muay thai athlete. Noel hassuccessfully leveraged the discipline, creativity and organization skillsdeveloped during these experiences to inform his current businessstrategy. Noel always knew that he wanted to integrate social responsibility andphilanthropy in his business. Recognizing both the economic and socialpower of real estate, Noel and his partner, Tiffany, began toconceptualize an organization that operates at the cross section of realestate acumen and the prioritization of creating accessible opportunitiesfor financial freedom to a wide audience.
