Bruce's mission is to continually surround himself with knowledgeable, experienced professionals providing services with the highest degree of integrity. Bruce Fonarow, General Manager General Manager of All California Mortgage, Bruce graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Economics. He moved to Marin County from St. Louis in 1977 to take a job in the mortgage lending industry. In 1992, he launched two companies, All California Mortgage, Inc. and ACM Investor Services, Inc. in Larkspur, California, both of which now have a 25+ year heritage of sound business decisions, professional teams and a commitment to quality.All California joined forces with a nationally recognized, American Pacific Mortgage Corporation in 2012 to further expand All California Mortgage's product offerings, which now include banked, brokered, private and reverse mortgages – achieving the goal to provide the widest selection of lending options for both agents and clients. Under Bruce's leadership, All California Mortgage has buiit a strong brand as a reliable and truly exceptional mortgage lender group, serving the needs of real estate professionals, builders, investors and home buyers throughout the state and beyond. Lisa Fonarow, Sales Manager Native to the San Francisco Bay Area, Lisa has over 30 years of experience and leadership in the mortgage industry. She has been a guest speaker on radio, at industry conferences and numerous business groups. A Magna Cum-laude graduate of St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA, Lisa earned her degree in business and economics and was immediately drawn to the mortgage lending field by a desire to help people realize their financial and personal goals. As a top producer and manager, lisa has been instrumental in helping to establish and grow All California Mortgage, with her husband, Bruce Fonarow. She also helped facilitate the association with American Pacific Mortgage Corp (APM). in 2012, accomplishing the goal of expanding All California Mortgage's product line to include banked, brokered and private lending resources. Additionally, Lisa helped grow All California's Reverse Mortgage department to accommodate the increas-ing request for this type of financing. The association with APM furthered this effort, providing even more competitive reverse mortgage programs within American Pacific’s well-established Reverse Mortgage Division. Her objective was to secure a wide, array of lending options ta fulfill the varied needs of the clients that we serve.Lisa also directs the continual process of researching the most favorable loan products in the ever chang-ing mortgage industry. Her mission is to ensure that All California Mortgage maintains the most highly competitive and informed loan officers in the field. Victoria Murphy, Branch Manager Victoria joined All California in 2017, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry. From the servicing side, to large-scale lending institutions, to big and boutique brokerage firms, Victoria brings her unique perspective and an unmatched breadth of knowledge to the role of Branch Manager at All California Mortgage. In this position, Victoria overseas all aspects of the day to day mechanics of running the company. Her operational ,expertise is evident in every interaction with Loan Officers, staff, lenders and clients. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Victoria at the helm.
