Publication Policy: To ensure the integrity andaccuracy of methodology, it is essential to includeAHEAD biostatisticians as co-authors on publicationsand presentations involving their data sciencemethods. All publications and presentations utilizingAHEAD resources must be submitted to AHEADpersonnel included as co-authors for final review andapproval. AHEAD personnel reserve 10 business daysto review all materials prior to submission to journalsor scientific conferences. All such materials mustinclude the following acknowledgment: "This work issupported by resources from the Saint LouisUniversity AHEAD Institute.”Data Storage Policy: Project data will be archived in azipped folder for 24-months following projectcompletion, or for a duration specified by the termsof a funding award. Investigators are responsible fornotifying the AHEAD personnel of the need to storeproject data beyond the standard 24-month periodand may also be responsible for the cost of extendeddata storage.
