17In 2016, At Home Apartments took a bold step in installing a 148 kilowatt (kW) solar project at CityVue Apartments in Eagan. The solar garden on the parking ramp roof was the most significant investment in renewable energy at any multifamily project in Minnesota. This project produces 180,000 kW hours annually and satisfies 20% of the building’s energy needs. We continue to fulfill our commitment to sustaining the earth’s natural resources. To date, At Home Apartments has completed 24 similar solar installations throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.GOING GREEN
