The Meta Quest 3 headset, released in October 2023, allows the user to experience mixed reality and virtual reality.
What is Mixed Reality? Mixed reality is a term used to describe the merging of a real-world environment and a computer-generated one. Unlike previous generations of Meta Quest and Oculus Quest, the Meta Quest 3 merges the real world and virtual world seamlessly to provide a unique, immersive experience. It does this via several cameras on the front of the headset.
