Here we present you a meal, each part is from a different country. The starters will be from Mexico The main dishes will be from Japan The desserts will be from U.S.A We hope you enjoy it!
A MEAL AROUND THE WORLD

We decided to start with some mexican starters: Nachos with cheese, guacamole and pico de gallo amd quesadillas.
PICO DE GALLO
2 cups of chopped red fresh tomato
1 cup of chopped white onion
1 or 2 very chiles serranos slightly cut
½ teaspoon of of powdered cumin
½ cup of chopped coriander
The juice of 1 lemon (as much salt as you want)
40 grams of onion
120 grams of tomato
1 lemon or lime
A glass of liquid cream
Cheddar cheese in slices (As much as you want)
Pour the cream in a saucepan
Add some cheese slices
Leave to cook on a low heat
Stir it until the ingredients form a thick layer
If you prefer, you can use the ingredients to mix the ingredients
Now we have our cheese sauce. It mustn't have any cheese pieces
Eight flour tortillas
200 grams of Minced pig meat
200 grams of minced beef
Mozzarella cheese to melt
Grinded chili (optional)
Fry the pork meat in a big pan where we put a bit of olive oil.
Move the meat so it doesn't stick
Add a pinch of salt
Once we have the meat cooked, we add to the pan the tomato sauce, as much as we want.
If you want the quesadillas a bit spicy, add a pinch of grinded chili
With the meat and the sauce cooked, we pass to heat the tortillas in a pan or in the grill
When you have ready the tortilla, add the sauce and the meat, but be careful so it doesn't spread. Over it, add the grated mozzarella.
We cole the quesadilla adding another warm tortilla on the top, or folding it. (But adding less filler)
Eat warm and enjoy!
The main dishes are from Japan. We are going to prepare sushi and rice noodles.
Special rice for sushi
Heat the water until it boils
Add the rice noodles for four minutes and cool it fast
Add bean sprouts and Zucchini cut.
Sauté the ingredients with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce

150 grams of flour
25 grams of sugar
50 grams of butter
200 ml of milk
Some drops essence of vanilla
12 grams powdered yeast
some table salt
1- Mix the flour, powered yeast, sugar and salt
2- Beat the eggs, melt some butter and add the essence of vanilla
3- Mix all the preparations
4- In a pan put the mixture
5- When you see bubble it is time to turn over the pancake and wait 30 sec.
6- Add the maple syrup
Red velvet cupcakes
4 tablespoons of butter
One tablespoon of cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of red food coloring
Half tablespoon vanilla extract
Half cup of buttermilk
One cup and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Half teaspoon of salt
Half teaspoon of baking soda
One and a half teaspoons distilled white vinegar
4 ounces butter (at room temperature)
4 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 and a half cups of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350ºc more or less
Mix the butter and the sugar about 3 minutes them add the egg and mix unit is well incorporate
In other bowl mix the cocoa powder, vanilla extract and the red food coloring add to the batter and mix until have the characteristic red color.
Mix slowly and add the buttermilk add half of the flour. Repeat the process with the remaining milk and flour
Mix slowly and add the salt, baking soda and vinegar
Divide the batter between the cupcakes liners and bake about 20 minutes, you can know if the cupcakes are good insert a thin knife and comes up clean.
Cool for 10 minutes.
to make the frosting: using the whisk, add the butter and cream cheese on high speed about 5 minutes, reduce the speed and add the powdered sugar and then the vanilla and mix in a medium speed for few minutes.
