The Pilot Program.• In December of 2016, The College Confidence Coach and Buffalo Promise Neighborhood entered into a pilot partnership to transform the collegiate landscape and lives of the initial eight students in the first cohort of the Buffalo Promise Neighborhood Scholarship. • The proposal included granting each of the scholar's access to The College Confidence Program to help them gain insight into their conative, intuitive abilities to match to potential career paths, majors, and universities that will set the scholars up for collegiate and future success. • Since the first cohort, Buffalo Promise Neighborhood has enrolled the next three cohorts of scholars into the same program without any changes in pricing or expectations from The College Confidence Coach.

The College Confidence Coach History.• The College Confidence Coach incorporated in 2013, in the hometown of founder Evan Giokas, Buffalo NY. • Since that time, CCC has launched successful relationships with The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, The Society of Torch and Laurel, The National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientists, Future Business Leaders of America, DECA, and of course, Buffalo Promise Neighborhood. • Through each phase of growth, CCC has added new and cutting edge pieces to their process to ensure that it’s students and families were receiving the best advice to gain acceptance and maximum scholarships to their respected target schools.• As we look to the future, we are excited by the potential to continue to use our highly acclaimed process and results to spread the word and help even more families navigate the first steps, of the rest of their life. • The College Confidence Coach Historical Numbers from 2013 to 2017 (Private Students)• 2013: 10 Students• 2014: 25 Students• 2015: 40 Students• 2016: 55 Students• 2017: 85 Students• 2018: 100 Students• 2019: 125 (Projected Students)• Pro-forma:• 2020: 250 Students.• 2021: 500 Students or more.• 2022 1000 Students or more. • Through added staff members and automation of critical pieces of the process, The College Confidence Coach has a strategy in place to scale their coaching business without ever compromising the quality of their coaching and time.

The College Confidence ProgramOVERVIEWThe College Confidence Coach™ and The College Confidence Program™ were uniquely designed for students and families who are motivated not to fall victim to the common mistakes made throughout collegiate planning decisions. What we have found is that throughout this first significant life transition, students typically rely on advice from their parents, teachers, friends, and even things they see in the media, to decide on what they should study, where they should attend, and what they are doing with their futures. We call this dilemma, the External Self-Validation Trap™ because students are using EXTERNAL input to validate decisions that should be very personal and self-assuring. The consequences almost always result in extra time and money spent in school, as well as self-doubt and disappointment. To solve this problem, we created the Internal Self-Validation Method™, the basis for our entire College Confidence Program™. Our method guides students to make these significant decisions based upon what really excites them about their own futures, what they genuinely believe in, and who they want to help in their future careers. CCC SCHOLARS We are very excited for the opportunity to work with the Buffalo Promise Neighborhood Scholars. These students consistently demonstrate their own personal desires and motivation to become the best versions of themselves, pre-qualifying them as great candidates for our dedicated program. Throughout the time within the program, scholars will be going through the College Confidence Gold Pillar™, The CC Finance Connoisseur™, and will have two complementary Continued Coaching sessions to use throughout their first year in college. (Cohorts I, II, and III only).Throughout the program selected by BPN, scholars and their families will:• Discover their true Conative, Affective, and Cognitive talents. • Create diligent strategies and plans of action for the applications we will submit to the schools that are the right-fits for them. • Learn to leverage themselves as candidates both on paper, and in person throughout the admissions process.• Decide where they will take their first collegiate steps based on which schools have the best programs, teaching styles, and professors to suit their individual conative talents.• Complete all necessary Financial-Aid applications and search for additional scholarships and grants.• Become prepared and confident to make the transition from high school into college with Internally Self-Validated Decisions. All of the Scholars in the class of 2018, 2019, 2020, and 20221 have now begun or completed the process. They have shown great enthusiasm and have taken genuine interests in their collegiate success. We look forward to helping them navigate the first steps of the rest of their lives. PRE-DISCOVERYDISCOVERYSTRATEGIESSOLUTIONSCONTINUED COACHING

Page 7

PRE- DISCOVERYThroughout the Pre-Discovery phase of the process, BPN Scholars meet with their new CC Coach to discuss how things have gone so far and where they see things going in the future. All Scholars will complete their first College Confidence Scorecards and College Confidence Wheels to gauge confidence levels in all eight major areas of collegiate planning. Students and their parents will also be implemented into the College Confidence Coach portal system where they will have their own profile for correspondence and progress tracking. Outcomes: Students will develop a sense of confidence in their new coach and learn to articulate what their collegiate dream experience would be like. The coach will get the first insight into what collegiate planning areas need the most attention and create a plan of action. DISCOVERYDiscovery is the nucleus of our entire program and scope of work with the BPN Scholars. Throughout the Discovery phase, the BPN Scholars will:Take their very first Conative and Affective assessments (proctored by their coach), to unveil their natural instinctive talents and motivational behaviors. Thoroughly discuss the results of both assessments with the coach to understand their individual results and search for common instances in academic and personal life to relate results with. Go through an entire transcript review to-date. Discussing each class, teacher, positive and negative takeaways, and grades from their whole high school resume. Outcomes:Scholars will become abundantly more self-aware. They will understand why their instinctive abilities and talents work naturally in some areas while needing improvement in others. Scholars will identify why some courses come naturally, while others are a constant struggle. The coach will identify learning styles and teaching styles that have been both positive and negative influences on scholars academic career thus far. The coach will learn how to get the best work out of each scholar by understanding their conative mind first. The coach will be able to articulate to scholar parents why their student works in the ways that they do. Why certain areas come so naturally while others remain a constant struggle. The College Confidence ProgramPRE-DISCOVERYDISCOVERYSTRATEGIESSOLUTIONSCONTINUED COACHING

PRE-DISCOVERYDISCOVERYSTRATEGIESSOLUTIONSCONTINUED COACHINGThe College Confidence ProgramSTRATEGIES.Strategies is the portion of the process where our scholars are seeing the Discovery results come to life in the collegiate planning space. In the first Strategies meeting, scholars will be presented with their first Strategies Packet in which their Discovery results are matched to personal Career Outlooks, Major Possibilities, and a University Menu for them to consider as their first plans of collegiate planning action. Scholars will review the results of their Strategies Packet with their coach and discuss which items are initially appealing.Scholars will spend some personal reflection time on each of the three areas within their Strategies Packet researching the different careers, majors, and universities that have come up as good matches for them.Scholars refine their personal lists and identify their own “Top 5’s” in each individual category. Scholars and coach develop instructional strategies for capturing “Top 5” goals and begin working on ways to make each of those goals obtainable. Outcomes:Scholars have clarity and confidence in personal collegiate planning goals.Coach and Scholars identify areas of improvement, (grades, extracurricular activities, community service, etc.), that can be implemented to make goals obtainable. Scholars have goals and plans of action to be working on, eliminating typical procrastination average students and families go through while planning for college.SOLUTIONS.Throughout the Solutions phase of the process, Scholars and coach will be preparing everything necessary to submit the most leverage-able, qualitatively impressive applications to the schools identified in the strategies phase. Scholars and Coach will work on: Common-App applications.Individual university/college applications.Prepare for admissions interviews.Brainstorm, write and revise personal essays.Submit all applications in the most time-sensitive manors. Outcomes:With the increasing amount of time it takes college students to graduate and decreasing retention rates nationwide, the college admissions standards have never been more flexible and starving for applicants who will become outstanding ambassadors for their universities. By leveraging the Discoveries, Strategies, and Solutions learned throughout The College Confidence Program, scholars will become top candidates at the universities and colleges they choose to apply to, rather than hoping that they will be accepted. After scholars have received all of the best offers from their applied schools, they will confidently make the ultimate decision and commit to their colleges of choice for the next fall.

Page 9

PRE-DISCOVERYDISCOVERYSTRATEGIESSOLUTIONSCONTINUED COACHINGPLAN LAUNCH.After applications have been submitted and Scholars have been accepted, it is time to start making the ultimate decision. Plan Launch is where the right-fit school reveals itself to our scholars and coach. Our proprietary tools, Professor Right-Fit™ and Semester Right-Start™, take the schools our scholars have been accepted to and matches the professors who teach the courses within the scholars selected major, conative teaching styles, to the scholars conative learning styles. Scholars will see courses, both pre-requisite, and major courses, needed to graduate at each of their accepted schools. Professor Right-Fit™ will reveal the number of like-minded professors who will be teaching the scholars throughout their time at each university if it were their final choice. Semester Right-Start™ works to put together a practical, successful first semester for each scholar so that the most difficult transitional academic period goes as seamlessly as possible. Scholars and coach review discoveries and strategies for effective time-management, study skills, and daily accountability techniques. Outcomes:Scholars make their final decision on where to invest in higher education based on quantitative and qualitative facts rather than emotional rationale. Scholars and coach will identify tools and techniques for success, eliminating the fear of lack of preparation most students go through while making the transition from high school into college. Scholars are far less likely to change majors or desire a transfer from the selected university. CONTINUED COACHING.Once our scholars have ventured on to their selected schools, they will have complimentary Continued Coaching sessions available to them throughout their first year at college. In these sessions, students will:Discuss any obstacles & roadblocks that are troubling them. Create any necessary strategies for upcoming changes.Use Semester Right-Start™ to build next semesters schedule.Outcomes: Scholars will have the assurance of constant support from their coach to turn to with any issues or concerns. The coach will be monitoring progress and able to make any adjustments necessary to continue scholars successes.Degree audits each semester ensure that students are working on the most time-sensitive, cost-affordable plans, helping them to graduate in less time, with courses that are motivating and maximizing their learning curves. CC Finance Connoisseur. The CC Finance Connoisseur is our division of all matters related to the financial aid process. The CC Finance Connoisseur steps are implemented throughout The College Confidence Program as timing may vary depending on individual family circumstances. Throughout the CC Finance Connoisseur process, scholars and their families will: Complete their FAFSA profiles.Complete their CSS profiles (if necessary). Review all loan options (if necessary).Search for additional scholarships. Formally appeal to each accepted university to maximize financial aid, scholarships, and grants available to them.Develop financial literacy in all matters of collegiate financial aid and planning. Outcomes:Scholars will be receiving the maximum amount of aid and scholarship available to them at each of their accepted universities. Parents and Scholars will be more financially literate and aware of where to seek out additional opportunities to save money or receive scholarship throughout their time spent in school. Scholars will have an understanding of the return on investment they can expect to receive from their investment in themselves and higher education. Behind the Scenes• In addition to The College Confidence Program, scholars are receiving mentorship and opportunities not granted by most any high schools in the Buffalo area. • The College Confidence Coach knows what it takes to build successful college applications, and part of that is making a great resume. • To prepare BPN Scholars and Private families to include stand out volunteering opportunities on their college activities list, CCC has strategically aligned with international and local organizations to allow students to become leaders through volunteering. • Some of those organizations include:• Habitat for Humanity• Ronald McDonald House• Compeer Buffalo • The Ride for Roswell• The College Confidence Program was created with the intent of providing a lasting mentorship, not just a sprint to college applications. • CCC is there for scholars and their parents to ensure that meetings and opportunities are convenient for them.• Every Wednesday, Evan and usually an additional member from the team are at Westminster hosting meetings for the entire afternoon which students are regularly and consistently scheduled for. • College Confidence Coach is advocating for students to begin standardized test prep much earlier than the average high school student. We are finding both free and discounted programs that students and their families can comfortably navigate and afford. As a result, scholars in both Cohort III and IV are now in a much better position to attain scores much higher than those received on their initial PSAT and PACT attempts.

Summary of Results and Additional Success• As Demonstrated on the previous pages, BPN Scholars and graduates of the College Confidence Program are attending their respected colleges and universities for a fraction of the expected cost of their plans. • Cohort I scholars are receiving 67.5% of their chosen plans covered by scholarships, grants, and other opportunities gained by The College Confidence Coach. • With an additional year of coaching and mentorship, Cohort II scholars are receiving 90.32% of their chosen plans covered by scholarships, grants, and other opportunities gained by The College Confidence Coach. • With additional coaching and mentorship earlier in their high school careers and throughout their collegiate journeys, CCC expects that current and future cohorts will receive similar, if not even more excellent results.

Page 18

Summary of Results and Additional Success• We are learning and growing with our success and results each year. • What is not shown in the data on the previous pages are the GPA’s and exciting changes from the first completed collegiate years of Cohort I. • Scholars are carrying a cumulative 3.195 GPA after their first years. On average, only 55.3% of all African American college students maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher in college. • Most recently, we received the inspiring news that with our help on her transfer application, Chelsea Thornton was just accepted into Cornell University, our first BPN Ivy League acceptance! We could not be more proud of her hard work and the incredible opportunity she now has in front of her.

Page 19

The Future of Our Valued Partnership• The College Confidence Coach could not be more proud and excited of the results we are helping the first four cohorts of Buffalo Promise Neighborhood Scholars achieve. • What we have learned through working with this special group of students is that there is an entire demographic of students who need this type of support and guidance as much, if not more so than our average private family demographic. • We look forward to continuing to offer our program, mentorship, and results to all future cohorts of BPN scholars and their families, and hope to grow and add valuable pieces for them to our process for years to come. • Together, we are confident that we are already, and will continue to help these students navigate the first steps, of the rest of their lives.
