BEL13VE RECOVERY GRANTS 2013 - A grant to Dr. Susan Harkema (University of Louisville), the rst researcher to achieve paralysis recovery in humans using epidural smulaon. 2014 - A grant for nancial assistance to help paents access recovery therapy. 2015 - A grant to Dr. Reggie Edgerton (UCLA), the world’s epidural smulaon pioneer. 2016 - A grant that helped Jered Chinnock become the rst paent in a Mayo Clinic study that successfully validated paralysis recovery results using epidural smulaon. 2017 - A grant that helped Jeremy Gedatus become the second Mayo Clinic study paent. 2018 - A grant for paent #3 in the Mayo Clinic study. 2019 - Funding paents #4, 5, & 6. Using grants from BEL13VE Foundaon, Mayo Clinic became the rst medical center in the world to replicate & validate paralysis recovery results using epidural smulaon. Paralysis is no longer permanent. Recovery is possible. BEL13VERS are advancing paralysis recovery.
