Resolute Trade Print – How to orderYou now have access to Resolute’s exclusive Trade Print Service. Access to Trade Print is restricted to Resolute customers only. Membership is by invitation and is a valuable part of your warranty. In the event of any printer down time we will prioritize your orders over the normal lead times and upgrade your delivery to a pre 12 at no added cost. Trade Print is mostly used to fulfill over capacity orders, or to bridge the gap while waiting for an installation. With access to Resolute Trade Print you never need to turn work away and risk it going to a competitor. Our prices are the best available and leave plenty of room for you to add a margin. So let the Trade Print Team take the strain.There are 2 types of DTF transfers offered, textile and UV, we use 60cm Resolute Premium cold peel film and inks. The textile consumables are all OEKO -TEX certified.
Resolute Trade Print – How to orderTo gain access to the Trade Print Portal, click your profile once logged in to www.resolute.ink and select the Trade Print Order page located in the drop down menu. All the information you need is in the interactive form, next we will look at the file requirements for upload. These are important, we process a lot of orders per day, so helping us by supplying files in the correct way is really appreciated.Your files must have a transparent background, the best format to supply is a press ready PDF or high quality PDF. NO crop marks or file info outside the canvas or bounding box please. It’s worth remembering a .jpg or .jpeg cannot have a transparent background, this file type is not suitable to use.
Resolute Trade Print – How to orderSizing your files is very important, make sure the image does not have empty spare film around the edges, we automatically impose your files and leave a gully in between for cutting. Empty film increases the cost of your Trade Print and wastes film. You should make sure the file is the correct size to print. PDF & EPS are the best to use, PNG can be used but these can change size due to the compression they use. Correct file sizeIncorrect file size, wastes film & adds cost.
Resolute Trade Print – How to orderYou can upload 10 different files in one order, please state the quantity of each file required in the text box provided. You can incorporate the quantity required into the file name if preferred. In both cases, please make sure it is clear how many you require of each file.Town hoodie back x 31.pdf is a perfect example if you include the quantity in the file name. Town hoodie back.pdf If you are not supplying the quantity in the file name then please put (file name) this info in the additional information text box.Town hoodie back x 31 Please make sure the description matches the file name to avoid any (good description) mix up with different files with similar names.THB17793/31 This is a bad example of file name to description, it doesn’t matter (bad description) what the file name is as long as it matches the description.Maximum print sizes Leaver's hoodies are very popular, the most economical way to print these is two up across the film. Although the film is 60cm width, you can only print up to 57cm because of the film guides and colour bars required. If your artwork canvas is 28cm wide it will fit two up and this is the most economical way to produce them.
Resolute Trade Print – What does it costAs the price of raw materials fluctuate, our Trade Print prices may change a little over time. The good news is they can come down and have not increased throughout 2022 despite the challenges all businesses face since Covid. Trade Print prices are worked out on a charge per metre with no minimum required. You can order as little as £1 worth of film if that’s is all you require. Below is a description of how the prices are worked out on a daily basis. A printed job sheet is included with each order showing the costs that will be invoiced to your account.Daily setup fee Multiple orders can be placed throughout the day, we will charge a setup fee of £10 once per day no matter how many orders you place. The setup fee also covers the cost of the packaging we use.Cost per metre The cost per metre is worked out by the Resolute RIP software, this is the same software you will use. The ink and adhesive used per film spread is calculated automatically, the price per metre can range from £8 up to £12, it is capped at £12 but it is rare you will reach this . Shipping Normal next day carriage is £8.50 for up to 10 kilos. We also offer a pre 12 delivery at an additional cost and a free click & collect service.

R-Jet PRO DTF - Preparing for installationDepending on which R-Jet PRO DTF system you have ordered, there are a few things you will need to put in place prior to your installation. You will also need to check a few things like door widths etc to make sure the delivery is as streamlined as possible. The different parts of your installation will take place over two or three days as follows:-Equipment delivery Once we have a build completion date we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Pre-installation form Approximately two weeks before your delivery we will send you a pre-installation form. This collects information we need in order to make delivery.Siting & 1stday setup On delivery day, we will position and start the setup of your new DTF system. No printing will be done on day one.Forklifts, lifting & stairs Any lifting onto mezzanine floors will need to be provided by yourselves.Training, day 2 Your training is a very important part of the installation. Please make sure on the day everyone (up to three people) are available for the whole day.
R-Jet PRO DTF - Preparing for installationExtractionWhen DTG prints are cured, a vapor is created that needs to be filtered and collected or vented outside. Automatic curing units normally require external extraction over an internal extractor filter unless they are located in a large area with plenty of ventilation. Manual curing with an oven is normally ok with an internal filter system. You can supply your own extraction or Resolute can quote to fit this for you. Depending on your choice we will contact you to quote for the extraction after the pre-installation form is submitted.

Resolute supply quality textile DTF consumables at competitive prices. These have been tested rigorously in the field and in the lab, to make sure they perform well and do not compromise the print heads and other wet parts of your DTF system. In order for Resolute to maintain the warranty on your DTF system, you will need to use consumables purchased directly from Resolute or one of its authorised re-sellers.Placing an order for consumables is done right here on this website, we ship on a next working day basis and offer am deliveries if you need you supplies quickly.R-Jet PRO DTF - Consumables
