Benefits of the SAT The SAT is accepted at all U S colleges Students may send scores to four colleges for free The SAT tests what students are already learning in class and what you will actually use in college Using Khan Academy an individualized study plan is created based on your results from the PSAT NMSQT By opting in to Student Search Service students get connected to colleges and scholarship programs looking for students just like you Fee waivers are available for low income students that allow them to take the SAT and apply to college for free Access to Roadmap to Careers the College Board and Roadtrip Nation s career exploration tool 4

Student Reports Student results are available through their online College Board account as well as a paper report available from school 1 Create a College Board account to receive an online score report and log in to practice with Khan Academy 2 Review student online reports 3 Review student paper score report Presentation Title 8

Creating a College Board Account Sign in to an existing College Board account or create a new one at studentscores collegeboard org NOTE To create an account students will need to provide 1 Given name full legal name that matches what the school has on file 2 Date of birth 3 Sex 4 Home zip code 5 Expected graduation month and year 6 School name 7 A non school email address that can be accessed after graduation Presentation Title 9

Additional tips to find missing scores Match College Board Student Account and Scores If a student is signed in but doesn t see their scores it means we weren t able to link their score report and account automatically For security reasons a student must verify more information before we can display their scores They ll need their State Assigned Student ID SASID number 1 Click Matching Tool 2 Review personal information a If any information is incorrect click Update to revise Students are prompted to reenter their password b If the information is correct click Get My Scores 3 Choose to match by Student ID number if a match still isn t found Students enter their SASID and click Get My Scores To match SAT students can also use their Registration number Presentation Title 14
