.parkhousecare.com2Our HomePark House - is in the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside, within easy walking distance of the town of Sandy.The original Park House is a grade II listed building that formed part of Samuel Ongley’sestate. It later became the home of Charles Pope, the miller who worked Sandy Mill on the nearby river Ivel. The building has seen numerous changes since becoming a care home, with two recent modern extensions that blend beautifully within the setting.

8FacilitiesThere are 29 boutique bedrooms split over two floors, a dining room, lounge and secluded courtyards. All rooms are furnished to the highest standards, and most are fully en-suite. Residents then personalize their rooms by surrounding themselves with their favourite possessions and pictures. We have fully accessible gardens, our own brood of hens and a community garden room.Individual nursing needs are taken care of by our dedicated staff and outside agencies. Should you need support to the end of life, we have the knowledge and experience to help you and your family through this transition.
1Our ServicesShould you need advice or someone outside of the home to talk to, we have access to two voluntary advocacy services in Sandy. We also support and ensure that any individual religious or cultural values are observed.You can take advantage of many services to make life simpler.We can arrange appointments with specialist dieticians, physiotherapists, speech therapists and other NHS or private services. Additionally, all your medication is ordered and collected. We organize chiropody, hairdressing, optical services, the dentist. These are priced separately.
