The Ultimate Wedding Package Here at The Waters Point we want you to be stress free and excited about your wedding day That s why we offer a package that covers everything your event needs to function smoothly and then some Whether you just need the venue for the day or want to add on lodging to extend your wedding weekend we have it all The base price for our wedding package includes a total of five hours for your ceremony and reception Additionally it also includes four hours for set up prior to the event and one hour for breakdown Our wedding package includes full service staffing bartenders and a dayof coordinator so that you don t have to worry about the details Let us take care of the little things so that you can spend the day taking in the memories of your wedding day In addition we also have package upgrades that include linens plates and everything else you need for dining We can be your one stop shop for rentals You just pick the linen colors and we ll take care of the rest We have four ceremony sites to choose from all with beautiful views our hill country property has to offer Whether you want your ceremony right on the Blanco River or in our Pecan Grove we have options for any bride

Floral Our in house floral team at The Waters Point will make your Pinterest board come to life With years of experience in the industry our floral team has created so many unique floral creations from simple beautiful greenery to extravagant centerpieces and hanging floral designs We have pre made packages for you to choose from to make things easy Our florist knows the venue so well and can offer advice to ensure your event pops in all of the right places

F A Q How may I arrange a tour of The Waters Point You can schedule a tour on our website at thewaterspoint com or give us a call at 512 722 3848 Please schedule a tour so we can make sure you have our undivided attention and the best tour experience possible Do you have required vendors We require clients to select one of our preferred DJ s as well as our in house fireworks vendor If client chooses a vendor outside of our preferred vendors list there is a 200 fee We provide our couples with an extensive list of preferred vendors that are some of the best in the industry and familiar with our venue If you choose to use a vendor that is not on our preferred vendors list you must have the vendor approved by The Waters Point How many guests can The Waters Point accommodate The Waters Point can accommodate up to 500 guests The main indoor hall can hold about 100 people for dining while the adjacent chandelier lawn chapel pavilion and patios can accommodate up to 250 For larger guest counts we have 34 acres of property to utilize We provide weather contingency plans for ceremonies and receptions if you plan to utilize the outdoor space though with larger events we recommend placing a refundable deposit to reserve a tent in the chance of inclement weather We also offer a portable restroom trailer fully equipped with running water and electricity that can be located around the property allowing you to utilize all 34 acres Do you hold more than one event on the same day No we focus on only one event per day This allows us to dedicate our complete attention and resources to one couple and their guests Our level of service and dedication sets us apart and allows our couples and guests to truly enjoy themselves visit and relax during their day with The Waters Point What is included in the rental of The Waters Point On the day of your event you will have 10 hour access to the Main Hall and Open Air Chapel along with your ceremony site choice You are allowed five hours for your ceremony and reception which is included in your 10 hour access Also included in every package is 10 farmhouse tables 25 round tables 124 wooden cross back chairs 200 white ceremony chairs two bar height tables cake table bartenders parking attendants full service staffing that also handle set up and breakdown of event day of wedding coordinator indoor and outdoor bar with keg taps one hour rehearsal and engagement or bridal portraits Do you provide on site accommodations Yes We currently offer eight riverfront cabins that can lodge between 35 40 guests with an additional four cabins in the process of renovation Ultimately we will be able to host up to 85 overnight guests in our gorgeous century old cabins that are fully equipped with linens outdoor grills fire pits fireplaces fully furnished kitchens and full river access and views Our lodging allows wedding parties and guests to truly experience the vacation perks of a destination wedding Can we supply our own alcohol Yes We only require that our TABC certified bartenders serve all alcoholic beverages during the event Our highly trained professional staff are included in our wedding package and they can help recommend purchase quantities of beverages based on the specifics of your event We also offer bar packages available for purchase
