The Objective The aim of this development is to form a group of eco houses in a rural setting and create a nice place to live. Lingfield is already a great place to live and there is much concern about retaining its character whilst meeting the need for more and more housing. The approach to the housing market in these times appears to be to build as many houses as possible at the lowest cost. Thus there is an ongoing trend of achieving quantity over quality.
