Congratulations to Coach Ed Young Many people would call Coach Young old school If that means he coaches the players to play the right way he is old school If that means he cares for his players on off the court That he teaches life lessons That he mentors helps his players become successful adults he s old school If that means he loves the game shows his players to respect the game he s old school His 500 wins is a great achievement but only tells part of the story Coach Young has positively impacted the lives of hundreds of young people during his career that s an even more impressive accomplishment COACH EDWARD YOUNG He is extremely deserving of this recognition We need more old school coaches like Ed Young Coach Jeff Jones Thanks to my parents William L and Sadie M Holmon for keeping me on the right path When they said it couldn t be done coming up from the projects LOVE YOU BOTH James E Holmon SR JAMES E HOLMON SR

The last few years has been rough for me losing love ones and having a near death experience but God brought me through and this has been my one shining moment to be selected as a Old School Legend Raynell Jones RAYNELL JONES Ben Finney was a three star athlete in high school He was an all star Basketball Football and Baseball player Ben had scholarship offers in all three sports Ben was a leader who led by example Ben illustrated the hard work and dedication it took to be one of the coaches in Ben Finney s life Horace Lambert B E N J A M I N F I N N E Y
