First Light - Fallacy Fantasy

Rise and shine for First Light is on the horizon. Opio and Pep Love of the famed Hieroglyphics hip hop collective have joined forces to illuminate the day and expound upon the Hiero theme of random acts of musical collaboration. First Light gets its cue from the braggadocio and conceptual characteristics that were commonly expressed in the early nineties "Golden Era" of hip hop. But, at the same time, their way of displaying an affinity for and a loathing of the apathy and debauchery that permeates today's pop culture is poetically contradictory. Hence, the title of their debut album Fallacy Fantasy, in stores April 9th, 2013.

General Jah Mikey - Original Yard Food

Original Yard Food showcases that authentic conscious roots sound, a powerful intersection between breezy lyrics and edgy riddim selections built by the Zion I Kings production team—Tippy I (I Grade Records), Jah D (Zion High Productions) and Moon (Lustre Kings)—or, on the other hand, hardcore message music matched by signature instrumental riffs played by Jamaica’s living legends like Earl ‘Chinna’ Smith (guitar), Dean Fraser (sax) and Nambo (trombone).

Dre Z and Roots Gwaan - Sons of the King

Rastafari Link Up! Hawaii meets New Mexico on this amazing set of musical Vibez. All recorded on the Big Island of Hawaii. This CD is REAL ROOTS REGGAE, with all organic instrumentation. Dre Z of Mystic Vision links with Roots Gwaan of Conscious Riddims to bring forth this irie, island roots Reggae Meditation.
